Decent location. Better to come during the day as the evening/ night staff doesn’t keep it as a clean as the day staff nor are they as friendly. Also cleaning supplies (disinfectant/hand sanitizer)and soap isn’t stocked as well as it is during the day, along with some evening/night staff just lounging around each other when empty broken/disinfectant bottles (like tonight) could be being stocked (especially during COVID) . Along with a big bubble in the floor against the mirrored wall, which is a tripping hazard. But other than that it’s a fairly decent gym.

I hardly make reviews unless necessary but I absolutely love this planet fitness location! The customer service is so personable and intentional! There’s one young lady I believe her name is Tam, I’m not sure if she’s a manager or what but she’s so intentional! I’ve been trying to come more consistently and nothing feels better than being noticed! I’ve been a member at this location for over two years and she’s been here as long as I have been a member! I absolutely love this location& wouldn’t trade it for another because people like Tam makes going to gym enjoyable! There are so many others as well! But Tam is the sweetest and kindest person I’ve met!

As I stated before this gym is in a very convenient location, it's in my neighborhood and on my way home from work. I'm a large woman and I thought I was going to feel intimidated going to one of the big fitness center chains because everyone there looks like they regularly work out, however, I don't feel that at all. Even the staff is very nice, courteous and professional and you don't feel like you're being judged! This is my gym. Kudos to Planet Fitness at Chamblee- Tucker!!

I go four to six days a week, after 8pm it is slammed, particularly the free weight and Smith machines. Nice staff, clean locker room. Only complaints are only one fly machine and people always bickering over it and occasionally a machine breaks and takes a LONG time to fix it (took about 3 weeks to fix the rearward kick leg machine). BUT there's only so much you complain when you're only paying $10 a month...so......

Great place to workout! I love the crowd meter because I know when the best time for me to go. The staff has been friendly and professional. The equipment is clean. The locker/ladies room is clean. I only had an issue once when the one of the machines was not connected to the internet and I was unable to download my workout session from the LF app. I informed the employee they apologized and assured me they would take care of it. Overall each time I have visited PF I have been satisfied!

The equipment is always in working condition. The staff is friendly and ensures that there are plenty of supplies readily available to wipe down the equipment. The locker room is fine and the TVs always work! It's a really good deal for the money paid. Really good about communicating with clients during COVID and sharing protocols. I appreciate that.

Always clean. Lots of uncrowded hours. Plenty of equipment. Loving the cleaning stations. There's a vending machine in the lady's locker room where you can get ear buds, deodorant, and even muscle milk. Located near a grocery store, a gas station, a Goodwill, restaurants, a beauty supply store, and even a mechanic store. I do the hydro massage each time I'm there. There is a tanning room also..I won't be needing that though.😆 No touch entry. Get the black card.

I’ve been going here for over 6 months now and I must say I’ve grown to love this gym. My initial review wasn’t the best, but now most of the staff is like family.They’re friendly, personable, and accommodating.Skylar is my favorite and Tam is cool. EJ and Nolan are good trainers! But we also miss Preston...he was a vital trainer. Overall their customer service is better than several other that I’ve visited.

This has been the absolute most positively worst experience I've ever had with a business. This place is the saddest facility I've ever seen when it comes to a place that's design is supposed to inspire. The staff are EXTREMELY rude and misleading.Everything in life when you sign the contract here make sure you read that fine print because I unfortunately have the experience of someone signing me up. Though I did it online I was in the actual Planet Fitness location and obviously wasn't given the proper notification that I could never cancel and even if I did cancel I couldn't do it until the time was up... although they "accidentally" have overcharged me a few times and that cause my bank account to be overdrafted, they didn't feel it was the fall of Planet Fitness even though they make several unauthorized charges to my account. I just realized that after my year subscription was up in February.... I wasn't allowed to cancel and I was charged renewal fees to do another year subscription which has caused me to have to pay $60 this April. (Since they hide this fee from you in their little spill. For some reason they think I'm going to do this again for another year where I've already paid them 60 and we're going to just keep letting them take the money out of the account. My husband has had his account for 7 years with Bank of America and for the first time we are going to have to cancel our debit card. I feel really sad that these people make their money off of scamming folks because they truly get their profit from all the hidden fees that they don't tell anyone about and all the hidden fees that they are allowed to scam out of your bank account. Please please please take my advice and shop around and look at other gyms because you do not want to go to this place it will cost you hundreds of dollars in the long run and a very little piece of mind

You will have good results if you use the equipment and train hard and you are constant otherwise I do not think so since the coach is not alone in the mornings that is a bad point, as far as the instalaciomes are clean and are in order
