This planet fitness is pretty well maintained, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. One thing about it is that unless it's the weekend in the morning or afternoon, it's always busy after 5:00 p.m. That's to be expected though and it's a great gym for the price!

I love this place and I'm sad I no longer live near it. It's worth it to get the black membership. The tanning bed (the lay down one) is top of the line and the massage beds are awesome! This facility is always clean and although it has its busy tumes, even then it's not over crowded. You should really check it out.

Recently I needed to transfer to another Planet Fitness closer to my house in Lawrenceville. The manager Noah and Ash at the Chamblee Tucker location were so helpful coordinating this process which had several glitches. All of them were overcome thanks to their cooperation. I received my final invoice without delay via email. It was such a pleasure dealing with people who had so much invested in advocating for my interests and needs. Thank you again for your excellent customer service!

New. Clean. Phone log in. 25 a month. Easy and it wasn't many people there.

The gym is very close to where I live. I work out early mornings so there are always machines available. The staff is very friendly and the gym is always clean.The hydromassage bed and massage chair does it for me, especially after a long run during marathon training. I use them every week as part of my 'Self Care Sundays'

I love the staff! The restroom, locker area, and showers/dressing rooms are always clean. The equipment is kept in good working order. The hydro-massage beds are great too. I love my gym!

I had bad experience with planet fitness this year. They are so into milking peoples money. I had experience with getting changed even though I canceled my membership. When I ask they reply with you are in billing cycle. I literally cancel before then but they say it’s already in process. When having said all of this I wanted to go back. Some of you might think why I should go back with this gym. This is what happens now. I called them and said that I am already got charged for this year membership so if I want to go back will you change me again. This is what they said quote “ The yearly membership you paid it was for before even though you paid for this year. You have to pay again if you are thinking of starting again”. After hearing from them I would never recommend anyone to join them specially my friends and family. The planet fitness never explain all this to me. Even if they did we don’t get any reminders from them when cancelling our membership. Bad company service with worst experience. I would never join them again.

I lost a valuable at the gym so Tanisha and her team approached the loss very methodically and with a sincere effort in finding it, until they did . Awesome customer service!!!As far as the gym goes it is very well kept, every machine is well maintained, the entire gym is super clean, and the team does a concerted effort in making sure it is kept that way while making sure the clients’ needs are met.

Great place to workout . The staff is courteous and so are fellow gym members. Most people clean before and after use of equipment. The only issue is the few that won’t wear masks during this pandemic ruin it for others.

Good gym to do a nice workout, it gets the job done, the gym areas and equipment are clean, plus they have extra disinfectant spray bottles so you can extra clean the surfaces of the machines or equipment you will use. The customer service is great, definitely I will recommend to a friend.
