Staff is friendly and helpful. No one watches you or makes comments on what you're doing. I recommend this place for everyone especially older folks.

This location needs new equipment.Let me be clear. This location has old equipment as a whole. The same stair masters are always out of service… the smith machines needs wd40 or something … I shouldn’t have to tell the owner they have had the same equipment for 10 years (they have). I am changing my location soon.

ave never experienced worse customer service than I did by this staff. This morning a young woman who’s name I don’t remember, absolutely refused to help or speak to me. She ignored me while looking at here phone and laughed when I asked if she was ignoring me! I left before I could ask for a manager but I will definitely be informing corporate about this situation. I guess I should have expected this, it is planet fitness after all lol..

Great place for someone who is starting or getting back to the gym. This place is clean and the employees are nice.

I have been a member since 2017. This majority of equipment at this location is grossly outdated compared to the three surrounding locations. The TVs appear to be 8 years old or more. When I asked the manager about an upgrade, she said it might be another year or maybe two. You should take this into consideration when joining at this location.

I had been a member of Planet Fitness in 2021. I went to join yesterday with their $1 down $10 a month special. After spending a considerable amount of time signing up, the app reflected that there was a $49 annual fee. There was no annual fee 2 years ago and the employee did not advise me of it. I decided not to join as $49 reflects 5 months of $10 monthly payments. Basically, I thought that the $49 annual fee was a scam as I was not told about it and it is not on there website.

I absolutely love this gym. It’s my first time actually getting a membership and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. The trainers are great. The gym is clean. For Beginner gym person like myself you should definitely get a membership with them.

This might not be a frequent thing but I had one bad experience after another so I have to write this. They double charged me the sign up fee, then I was told it would take 30 days to get a refund. A little long to wait for a refund but no problem, I understand that mistakes happen. But then they charged me $15 for this month’s membership that I was told I wouldn’t have to pay because of that first mishap. And for some reason they won’t answer the phone. Doesn’t even ring.

open 24 hours during the week. Always clean inside plenty of equipment never have to wait. Easy access good parking lot.
