Bathrooms dirty gum in the same urinal 4days in a row so they must not clean them often. The water fountain always has standing water in it. The staff just is too busy for customers. Rarely say hello or goodbye. Usually the one larger lady sits in chair upfront. They staff is too busy talking to each other to clean. One of the dirtiest locations I’ve seen.

We like to try out different locations with our Black Card and this was our first time here. We like it but I think their treadmills go faster that the other locations we've been to.

Great gym great staff especially NoahI got off work and was debating to go because they close at 7 on weekends and I dislike when people come last minute to MY Job but I went anyway and asked if I could work out until closing there was no side eye no facial expressions just a nice sure go ahead! Thanks much

The three stars is really due to how nice the staff is. This facility is extremely small to be in such a heavily populated area with that many frequent members. Only having four smith machines and four stairs masters yet they have three rows of cardio machines running down the width of the gym. I used to go around 5:30ish everyday after work, and this seemed to be peak hours. You could never get a smith machine and you could tell people were waiting for them, and the stair master you had to wait on sometimes too. They only have one chest fly machine. After going to the one in Warner Robins I don’t understand how a gym in a smaller town with a smaller population can have double the amount of smith machines, stair masters and two of every weight machine unlike the one in a big city like Atlanta. They do keep it clean you constantly see people cleaning floors, taking out trash, refilling toilet paper and cleaning bottles. If you are someone who likes to workout early in the morning I will say when they transition from the 24 hours to the limited hours sometimes they don’t open the gym on time. I tried working out at 7 am one morning on the weekend and got there at 7:30. There were people waiting outside with us and at 7:45 I decided to go to the one across town at Stone Mountain. That one has nicer equipment too that has trackers on it for reps and sets, holders for your water bottle, and screens on the equipment. But not in a nice area.

They're closed pretty often. In fact, they failed to disclose the giant renovation planned one month after I signed up that shut the club down for weeks. In addition, instead of going back to pre covid hours, they have reduced the weekend hours. If you read the membership agreement, they can basically change it with 30 day notice.

This was a really nice gym. They had everything I needed for an amazing Quads workout. I'll definitely be going back there on Thursdays for my leg workouts.

Bailed today on my membership for the better part of 10 years. They no longer allow a credit card as a primary monthly payment source, instead now requiring bank info/ routing number. Ahh…no. Not giving my banking info for a $10-$30 monthly membership fee. Pretty bold expectation of PF, when it requires their members to have a lot of faith in PF’s systems security. A credit card serves as a layer of protection for the customer from fraudulent activity, systems hacking and ransom attacks. The representative understood and said a lot of folks either won’t sign up or renew membership due to this new policy. Hard to imagine they are losing more money from customers’ expired credit cards or processing fees. Anyway, it’s a disappointment, as their location was very convenient, staff always nice, place is kept clean and machines always working.

Great place to workout. It's always clean and the gym apps are easy to use on your phone. This comes in handy when you want to see how busy thue gym is before you go. The staff at this location is really polite. There are vending machines with wireless headphones, locks, cell phone arm bands and protien bars. There are plenty of hand sanitizing stations and bottles of anti bacteria spray with paper towels to quickly wipe down your machine after use.

Better than people give it credit for.first, I'll start by saying the heaviest dumbells are 75lb. Goodluck outgrowing those.you can go dangerously heavy with weights here, (not saying you should.)unless you're absolutely massive, this gym has everything you need.It even has a decent calisthenics area.the famous rules you've heard about planet fitness are more relaxed than you think.you are allowed to grunt, just not excessively.you are allowed to wear any kind of gym clothes you want, (I think they only enforce dress code rules if you're dressed obnoxiously)there are also planet of great looking athletes working out here, which further proves this gym has everything you need.the rules at planet fitness are actually pretty fair, no slamming weights because well, slamming weights is an indication of poor control.you don't need an excessively huge waterbottle, they have a convenient bottle refill station.tldr: you can definitely reach your fitness goals here, other gyms cost 6 times as much for a bunch of amenities you aren't even going to need.

Very clean spacious lockerooms & showers, the staff is courteous & helpful. There are lots of machines, a calisthenics area, weight training area, 30 minute workout room, tanning beds & massage chairs. I only wish the had a larger vending area, for water's, juices & protein bars.
