This location is always having staffing issues. Understandable in the post COVID era, however I shouldn't be able to schedule a class & find out there isn't a trainer for any class when I arrive. I know it's a better way to handle this. I'll drive the distance to another location or just go to another gym that can operate betterUpdate on 5/15/23. This will be my last time coming late to this location. I've been coming here between 10 pm & 1 am for a few weeks. The one attendant, a male with a light complexion is purely lazy. The paper towel dispensers stay empty, trash overflowing, sanitizer empty whenever he is on shift. I will drive a little further & go to the Smyrna location.

Love planet fitness! its always clean, staff is great, very open and bright with all the windows, great hours... love that its so easily accessible from highway and easy to shop or grab meat/veggies at mall food court afterward

This is my neighborhood location and lately my experience hasn’t been the best. Because I’ve my new work hours I’ve started showering at the gym after workouts. The showering area is always filthy. Dirty napkins and rubber gloves on the floor, hair and toe nail clippings on the floor, and the shower smelled awful. I like the staff and the are typically pretty nice when I come in but they need to get that area together.

Nice people working at the front desk, but the facility Is really small and dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting and the equipment was just awfully filthy

Great location and great equipment overall. Friendly/helpful staff. It's time for repairing some of the benches/equipment, though; some items need fixing badly.

This is a great place to work out. The cost makes it worth it. It is clean and the associates are very respectful. The other patrons are pleasant too.
