Three stars cause some of the employees catch an attitude when you ask them to...DO THEIR JOBS. refilling the paper towel tissue in the bathrooms etc.. then they hold a grudge against you and act super cold and ignore you when you come in during their shift lol ppl choose these customers service jobs cause they're easy to get but dont want to actually do the job they're being paid for lol but other then that its a nice gym

On Jan 29th at 10:20 am the manager assistant made me waste time and experience a bad time because she required exclusively me to show the QR membership, not allowing me the option of checking in with my phone#, even though I explained her that I wasn't able to download the QR. I asked her if I could do this in home and she let me check in with my phone# today, she said NO. There were 2 people witnessing this situation including another gym's member. Afterwards she realized about her bad treatment to a new member (me) and let me in to the gym, but was this bad experience necessary? Was it necessary her inflexibility attitude ruin my workout? PF says everywhere that it's a flexible gym by its advertisings, but is its staff working accordingly to this message? I don't think so.

This is one of my favorite locations to visit when I want to work out. They have a new 12 minute workout machine that you get inside of with you underwear on or your birthday suit lol it’s your choice. On the wall in the room it clearly states “FOR YOUR SAFETY, EYE PROTECTION MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.”So I decided to try this machine out, walked back to the front and the black lady with the shirt afro told me that I would have to pay $4 for the glasses and “it’s ok..you don’t have to, I never use glasses when I get in” I replied to the other young lady..”no ma’am this sign says I need eye protection, so why wouldn’t I be given eye protection?”. I have a membership and don’t agree with this at all, the eye protection should be given to customer to avoid a lawsuit. Planet Fitness this needs to be addressed ASAP!!!!

The assistant manager KIA is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable of everything and all the equipment use. I’ve been here several times and watch her greet people with a smile clean a restroom and run to the desk with no problem. She makes my workout great. I enjoy People like her

Great vibes, wish there were more Olympic bars (there are four). Plenty of treadmill and free weights. Great staff.

Nice new tanning beds. Facility is a bit small but has all the equipment you're just a bit squeezed for space
