I’ve been a member for 2 years. It has been great when they opened and throughout. Some equipment need maintenance, not a heavy duty tape to cover the rips! Other than that, it’s clean. Staff is friendly and it’s a judgment free zone.

The size of gym is good equipment is decent, other than sometimes being too crowded it is pretty decent place to work. However the customer service is bad I was yelled at, called/insinuated that I was a liar about paying my bill I was asked to show receipts who keeps receipts when they are going into just workout I barely bring my phone in. The staff members name was marquavis or martavious one of them very rude, unhelpful and dismissive when I tried ti resolve an issue that planet fitness causes after I DID pay my bill from almost 6 months ago. Unfortunately I will keep workout out here because I live right around the corner and I don’t plan to be inconvenienced because the staff is unprofessional but the staff could use a retrain!

This is a large and decent gym that has a lot of equipment. It's in a good location and generally pretty empty so it never feels crowded. Would recommend working out here.

All the equipment! But the facility isn’t as clean as other locations. Needs more sanitizer stations and the bathrooms need waaaaaayyy more attention. Front desk is cool but it seems like staff spends entire shift at the front desk. Seeing as COVID is still a thing and part of my going to PF is the cleanliness, more focus should go to cleaning the site better.

Clean gym with great workout machines for $10 a month. They charge a 1 time yearly fee of $40 on top of monthly fees.

Love the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Mr Harold give valuable information about the PF facility. The deal is a steal $10.00 per month for basic gym use, and $22.00 per month for black-card membership provides various perks.

Great place. Clean and updated equipment. But too small. Probably the smallest square footage. I can see why though. Great location so rent must be crazy high.
