Even though they show you all the tempting pricing they got, once you actually try to buy it or get there, they includes many restrictions and extra hidden fees and everything. It's not much cheaper than the LA fitness. It is a congested place, but you get the equipment after a decent wait. If you go there at late night, it's fairly open. However their showering area isn't anything nice and clean. Last time I went, they just had only 1 shower in man's locker room

I've been to 12-15 gyms throughout metro Atlanta ranging from Golds, LA and 24 hour fitness. This is by far the worst gym I've had the displeasure of going to. I thought it was anytime fitness in general but going to the anytime down in Ellenwood has proved me wrong. This gym is just full of crappy people who have no gym etiquette at all. Plates are always everywhere. Benches are everywhere. Nothing is wiped down. People are often yelling across the gym at each other. I've never seen a place where so many people could care so very little about how messy they make a place.Tldr: the people in this place make as crappy as they are.

It's a good commercial gym. Basic gym equipment - free weights, machines, and a fleet of treadmills - with extra amenities in the form of a hydomassage table (wonderful!) and tanning beds. (Not my thing, so I can't judge those. ) It's in a downtown strip mall anchored by a Kroger, so there is ample parking. Traffic on Howell Mill is a negative factor, sadly. They are currently working on some renovations, so be advised.

Workout Anytime refused to cancel my account, so I had to cancel my card to refuse continued monthly charges. Workout Anytime then sent an amount of $254 into collections. Stay away from these scammers!

So I started my 14 day trial today. The young girl at the front greeted me and was super friendly. I’d put her name exactly but I’m scared that I’ll probably misspell it but phonetically I think it’s (Jur-ray). She was super informative and seem to know her stuff. The rest of the staff was really friendly while I had my gym session and if I had any questions. The gym isn’t huge but a good size with plenty of equipment. If you’re looking for a basic spot to work out in it’s a good spot! The equipment isn’t crazy fancy, personally I don’t need all the fancy stuff like what LA fitness and the others are trying to have. From the other reviews I had a different good experience. Everything to me seemed super clean, and it wasn’t overly crowded(came in during rush hour). I don’t really have any complaints. Some of the reviews complained about it smelling bad, it didn’t smell bad to me. Plus you gotta think it’s a GYM!! If you’re actually working out and not meandering taking gym selfies you’re gonna smell bad from sweating. Will say because this gym is near Kroger and several other businesses in the shopping center parking can be a bit of a pain. From reading the reviews I am hesitant of canceling my membership at a different type of gym I have a membership for.

I had to stop going to the gym for a while and didn’t renew my month to month. Next thing I know I get a Net Collection bill of $160. This is very shady. I didn’t sign a yearly membership so how am I charged for 16 months? No one sent a bill so I could see charges. Net Collection is shady too! It’s one guy answering all the calls and can’t give any information. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this matter!

I have been to 3 different locations and this one is by far the worst when it comes to cleanliness, odor, and just not what I expected to see coming from the other newer locations. They’ve been expanding rapidly, but they are a franchise. On that note, I understand if the owner of this location can’t afford to remodel/update due to competition or until the other new locations are up and running first, but at least throw some paint down, clean the locker rooms, etc..

I haven't been back there since 9-5-2017 and I keep getting charged $106 each month for a service I no longer use as a matter of fact my trainer(Rick) no longer works. There and when I tried at as for a stop payment and a refund for the 7 months I didn't use the training they told me the didn't know anything about giving me a refund or stopping my payment.I guess I will have to get a lawyer to get the $742 refund. I think that is so sad and I thought this WAS a good gym WRONG.

Update:Thank you Josh Rogers for taking the time satisfy my questions and concerns. I will be returning to Workout Anytime gym, and although customer service at the billing level could be done a little differently, the local level of service is much more important to me.Mr. Rogers was very patient and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate his immediate contact upon learning of my concerns. So funny that your company is relentlessly contacting me about my monthly $10 payment that I have been making for almost a year, when I have only been to your facility no more than 3 or 4 times.I have not heard from you since your attempt to up sell me with personal training fees which by the way, disregarded my RA condition and left me with inflamed joints after the trainer told me he was familiar with rheumatoid clients. My account is free through my Silver Sneakers program; I chose to upgrade to use the massage table - which I've used once. Consider any fees owed the electricity I saved you by not coming.Thank you for your concern for your clients; others I have joined do check in on my well-being and progress periodically. It was even suggested that I swipe my card even if I don't come in to keep this program relevant - really, for who?I pray that you are on yelp so that I can praise you there also. Oh, and by the way, this is my notice to close my account. I tried on the phone with your account person and they told me to go in person. If my schedule or health allowed that, maybe I would be frequenting the facility.

This gym is awesome! Great location, very friendly staff. Who are super helpful with sharing knowledge when it comes to reaching your goals. Clean facilities. And a great variety of equipment. I would recommend anyone in this area to check it out. I used to hate going to other super crowded gyms b/c the machines were never available. But this gym is just right. Never have to wait to workout.
