The best thing about planet fitness is knowing that they’re WELL Health and Safety Rated.I can trust that they clean their equipment regularly, have access to necessary emergency supplies for accidents, support their staff in maintaining the gym, and the things I need to support movement.It’s a great environment for a workout that is judgement free which means I can go there virtually anxiety free knowing that people like me can actually tackle health and fitness meaningfully in ways we felt we couldn’t before.

After a mere two days I have already canceled my membership, staff is clueless, none of them know a thing about how the memberships work, all gave different information regarding my daughters black card membership, and would not let her use it, but considering all the services were closed and nothing was working I guess it doesn't matter. Hoped for better after reading all the bad reviews, but again Auburn will lose a business in short time. Back to LAF
