This facility is clean, well maintained and fosters a very welcoming environment. Every staff member I've spoken with has been very kind. Wachovia in particular is extremely good at her job. Unrelated: but I ran into her at Fred Meyer and witnessed her offer to pay for someone's groceries after their card declined. Such a kind hearted young woman - planet fitness is lucky to have her as an employee!

For classic membership it's $10 startup fee, $10 monthly fee and $39 annual fee plus tax. Clean gym with lots of equipments and friendly staff. The only frustrating thing I have is with the paper towel dispensers, it always get stuck. Also, DO NOT leave any valuables in the locker, thieves will break your lock!

So I come in after a work day (4th Of July) as I arrived to the fitness store. I speak with the desk personnel about transferring over my account. They agreed to help me and start walking me through the process. Out of the blue, I hear a woman yell from about 30 feet (what’s the problem here!! ) I said there isn’t any problem. The desk person quickly explained what my intentions are. I felt like the manager should have approached me with out hollering and without assuming I was causing a problem. I told the manager that she approached me the wrong way because her raising her tone of voice and asking if there was a problem. Where I was the only customer, making me feel a little uncomfortable and embarrassed. I think if the desk employees felt I was a problem, they would have notified her but she didn’t take a second to investigate what was going on. I get what she was thinking , I’m a dark brown Latino with scrubby work clothes. She felt as I was a threat to her staff. I highly recommend retraining this manager.

Staff are amazing and love the site. But there is no automatic door for those who are disabled. A man today was in a wheelchair and couldn't get into the building. I jumped out my car and assisted him with both double doors, no staff in site. There were friendly signs that stated it was handicap accessible. This is not OK due to it not being accessible. I tried to make a complaint and there is no management assigned to this site. I even encouraged the staff member that I spoke with to reach out to HR. This should be a violation and definitely it's an insult to those who are unable to open the door. I hope they can accommodate those in need of extra help. Again the site is amazing but management is needed.
