Really nice staff here. For me it’s not common to feel welcome at a gym. Planet fitness really is a non-judgement zone. The amenities are super nice too.

This is the best PF experience i’ve had.I’ve tried Federal Way and Kent before and they both almost made me quit PF but this location opened so I thought I’d try it. And I am glad I did because it never too busy thankfully in the evenings and it is kept uber clean. There is variety of training equipment for all sorts of workouts and the locker rooms are amazing.Staff has been nothing but absolutely friendly here. Parking is convenient and easy.The only issue I suppose is that there is no way to conveniently enter the plaza because of the dumb divider down the whole road, but I suppose you can’t blame PF for that!I would highly recommend working out here, you will feel safe.

Signed up for a card and was walked through it by a really nice lady there, and for the most part they are nice. Had a couple of incidents where I was told to move by them because I was not walking fast enough and the big entitled guy there called me out for having an attitude. Cant forgive them for that. It is not their place to boss people around. Felt unsafe so I may cancel my subscription there

Very clean and great customer service. I used to go to anytime and this is a much better inviroment. They even ask people to put their masks back on which I appreciate.

This is the cleanest gym I have ever used. The equipment is always maintained and in working order. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
