I have been going to this gym for about 6 months now. Was harassed by staff bc I use an oversized water bottle. They also are requiring proof of vax which is fine but haven't seen anything posted on their app, and was never mentioned by any employee until today where they turned me away. I am at this location at least 5x a week and not a word on this requirement.

Just did a tour with Gabby today, such nice person, super friendly, gave us all the information on price, the whole gym, the perks, etc... I actually cancelled my membership with another gym after that tour and signed up for the Covington location! The atmosphere was comfortable and so far, the staff is amazing! Thank you Gabby!!!!!

Awesome place, always clean and everyone is friendly and helpful! But the main reason this place is amazing is because of the trainer they have, Infinitee. I’ve been training with her since day one and she is awesome! She treats all of us with compassion and she also works hard to help us get stronger and healthier! She always goes the extra mile to make sure the workout kicks my butt! I’ve had trainers before, but she is definitely the best I’ve worked with and highly recommend training with her!

This has been my gym through the first year of my fitness journey and it’s come to feel like home for me! The staff are the kindest people on earth and make everyone who enters feel seen. Feeling bittersweet as the Auburn location recently opened and I am switching home clubs since it’s closer, but the staff make this the best gym on the planet!!
