Not a current member of the gym, but was stuck waiting in line at USPS next door for over an hour. Walked in to ask if I could use the restroom and got a flat no. I even offered to buy a day pass or a month membership because it was that much of an emergency. Still no. I wouldn't buy a membership here now based purely on their poor ethics.Owners response in case they delete it:I think this review should be directed towards USPS not us. We didn’t make you wait in line and we kindly directed you around the corner to the complex restroom. It would have taken 5 times a long to set you up on a day pass or membership then to walk right around the corner. The complex has these policies for a reason and we can’t violate them just for one person. I think you confuse ethics. Ethics is FOLLOWING the rules for everyone.Reply to owners response:It's you who is confused on the difference between ethics and rules.Definition of Ethics: moral principles that govern a person's behavior or the conducting of an activity.What would have been faster, and more "ethical" would have been to have compassion for a fellow human being in a situation instead of hiding behind, and blindly following "rules". Amazing staff and atmosphere. So much to offer in 1 gym it's incredible. I really love the fact they are a no creep gym and that in itself makes it a comfortable environment forsure!

I walked in and got the Pre workout that I needed. Nick, who helped me and my fiance was very sweet. He greeted us at the store, explained the product I was purchasing and even showed us around the gym. The gym looks amazing and I'm thinking of merging over to this gym, once my contract with LA Fitness is over in July. The gym is clean, the people are super nice, lots of equipment. Everything I need in a gym :) Thank you so much! I will be back for sure! :) A+++ for quality and great customer care!

I've been going to West Coast Fitness since 2018. Its a second home for me, between the amazing staff and awesome facility it's the total package. Everyone helps everyone there, no egos or judging is at West Coast. This gym help me prepare for last year's Spartan Trifecta race and I'm doing it again this year. Nothing but Blood, sweat and tears happens at West Coast. New members are welcomed with open arms.

Best local gym around. All the right equipment, for all the right muscle groups

This gym is my favorite place to go. All the people that work there are super nice and helpful and thats also the same with everybody who goes to west coast fitness.

West Coast is definitely, hands down the best gym in Thurston County. It's more than a gym, it's a large family. Always such a great atmosphere. The staff is great, the owner is great. Our gym mascot, Kobe, is always there to greet you!
