Best gym in Thurston county. Staff is friendly and helpful, something for everyone from experienced lifters to those just trying to get in shape. Supplements are first class at lower than Amazon prices and the smoothie bar is next level! Come check it out

My son has allways bean into fitness and staying healthy..This is a very nice gym.Wide open and room to grow some mucles...Also very nice staff and juice bar to stay healthy...
