Awesome coaches, great atmosphere. This is exactly what I needed to start strength training.Always good music and great motivation.I wish the parking was a bit bigger tho.Signed up for three months unlimited and I do not regret it.

I’d like to thank all of the F45 coaches that I had a pleasure of taking classes with (Cory, Dorian, David, Leah, Oscar, Naomi, Patrick, Mike, Ricky, and Austin). They’ve all helped me work on my form and pushed me to reprioritise my health. The motivational energy in the studio is contagious. If you are looking to get back on your health journey or to make improvements to your health I would suggest taking classes at this F45 that’s conveniently located at Lady Bird Lake. (Great for runs)

Just ok. Starting off by saying the trainers were all amazing. Friendly, helpful and motivating. But the gym itself is small and dirty. Never had towels. Parking is horrible, so I rode my bike to the gym only to have it stolen from right in front of the studio! The owners charged my account even when I put it on a freeze, then tried to keep my money when I cancelled my membership “to use for future visits”. Excuse me but I cancelled and have zero intention of returning to the studio. Luckily I found a new studio to put into perspective how awful an experience this was.

I’ve only been going to F45 for a few weeks and it’s amazing! Really efficient workout for 45 mins, friendly coaches and great community. It’s definitely an investment but worth it!

F45 is like you are a college athlete working out with your team. I love the workouts and the energy in the room! 7:30 am class has been the best way to start the day!
