F45 South Shore is amazing. The classes are challenging but always fun. The workouts (for me) are the perfect balance between strength and cardio. Every coach is a bit different yet the motivation is consistent. They help to challenge you while also making sure that your form is correct. If you are looking for a circuit training workout I highly recommend F45 south shore.
