This is good gym, lots of equipment and maintained. It’s ruined by the extremely loud music. You’re forced to listen to paid content or damage your hearing trying to drown it out by increasing the volume of your headphones very loud only to compete with the gym sound system and fail. I’m there for my health not to damage my hearing even beyond what I’ve already done. It’s sad a corporation like Gold Gym requires by policy this music volume. They get paid by the music company that require this damaging volume level at the cost of the customers comfort. Reaching out to the staff is useless, they are forced to keep it loud by upper management. All I can do it cancel an otherwise satisfactory membership.

I am enjoying my membership and my one on one training with Ty! I love the machines, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Good gym. Has everything that you need. Dumbells up too 150, plenty of cable machines and regular machines. Has a sauna (at least in the men's locker room)

Horrible customer service they continued secretly billing me after canceling my membership for 5 months then hit me with a 150$ "membership bill even though I hadn't been there in almost 6 MONTHS!

I'll start by saying the staff is very friendly. That's about where it stops. The gym is sporadically not open in the mornings due to employees not showing up (super annoying when you workout early). Equipment is always broken for weeks. The sauna in the men's room is constantly broken. I rarely see equipment being cleaned. The paper towels and disinfectant are constantly out and not restocked. The "Kid's Club" room has been out since 2020 and isn't used for anything. It's all just super frustrating!12/17/2022 UpdateThe gym hasn’t been open in the morning twice since the initial review was written. Emailed the Manager and still no response. Cleaning equipment still not stocked most of the time and you can tell the night staff doesn’t bother with re-racking the free weights or kettle bells. Equipment still broken for weeks.05/09/2024 UpdateThe gym hasn’t open twice since my last update.

It’s a very crowded Golds. Love the equipment and the staff but there is not enough flat benches and squat racks due to the layout. Anytime it’s busy it feels stuffy and not as good as the other locations.

The men's sauna has been out for 3 weeks, and it doesn't seem like they really care.

Something is always broken here. Usually it’s multiple things. This place is poorly managed. Closing at 9 on Sundays is way too early. The locker room is in disarray and disgusting. Management has given up on keeping the place maintained.

decent gym but WOW is the staff rude!!! People at the front desk completely ignore you to stare at their phone. Super rude, not even a smile or a "hi"

Older equipment, friendly staff. They periodically open 30 or more minutes late. They open on time more than not but it's still annoying when they open late.
