Love the atmosphere here. This is an old school gym, def not for everyone, but if you’re looking for serious lifting then this fits the bill

I don't have anything positive to say about this location. Management is severely underwhelming and honestly rude. If you're a morning work out type of person like me, don't go to this gym. It will never be ready by opening. The cleaner for this shift never starts on time nor does he clean.Additionally most of the equipment is breaking down at a concerning rate. The manager will blame it on lack of staff, which they are responsible for. This gym is a waste of money, you'd have a better experience at Planet Fitness.

The staff I super friendly and I like them all. The main issue I have is that they don’t always open when they are supposed to. It is 5:42 in morning and they aren’t open. This is a constant problem that I hope they can fix.

WOW an amazing gym with excellent staff and friendly service. The equipment is great , and helps you accomplish that hard core , beach bod workout you're going for. Easy in and out and clean locker rooms

I’ve been to all the Golds in town and this location has the best layout and equipment. Some of the equipment needs to be replaced, but usually they will tend to it fairly quickly. There is generally a good friendliness to the staff, but some look like they can’t be bothered. Other than that it beats out a lot of places in town especially at the price point.

Staff is super friendly minus the GM, Kenneth. That guy needs to eat a Snickers bar or something. It’s no wonder they can’t keep front desk staff.

Been here 3x in the last 2 months and the Wi-Fi does not work at all. When I asked the staff about it, the shrugged and said sorry it never really works. It’s also in an old strip mall so there is 0 cell service. If you want to listen to music, podcasts, text or not miss a phone call, go to any other gym but this one. Embarrassing in 2022

Extremely rude manager but i love this gym overall l. Unfortunately i didn’t have my correct gym tag but had an active account though a previous phone number that i pay for, in regards to a family member. Not too sure if she wanted to make an example out of me but wouldn’t let me in without paying the guest fee. She could of handled the situation a lot more professionally.

This gym looks and smells like a Houston airport terminal.Update: it’s been a month since this review and I have returned. Nothing has changed. Except there’s a nice girl that cleans up, and the Dennis Rodman lookin ah kinda useless.

Total dump. They have a running track but there is no official direction so people are constantly walking/running the opposite direction from each other, walking across the track, leaving weights on the floor of the track. I asked which direction was the "right" direction and front desk didn't know. I asked how many laps for a mile and the front desk didn't know. Smells horrible like b.o. The stationary bike I wanted to use was broken. This place was nice 8 years ago, but now it's a total dump.
