Great staff, clean, well run! Love these guys!

Planet Fitness is a great value for the money. Staff are exceptionally personable and courteous. Gym is always clean and well maintained, as are the locker rooms and restrooms. It has enough gear to cover weightlifting essentials and plenty of cardio equipment. Lots of parking available and conveniently located. My experience there has been great so far and I expect the same in the future.

By far the best planet fitness I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly, and the facility is beyond clean. There’s always someone going around sanitizing equipment, and it totally shows. Highly recommend this location!!

The General Manager, Erika makes this location feel like a second home. Her upbeat attitude and attention to detail makes this location my favorite out of all of the rest. William Cannon and i35 location is technically closer however the employees there are not helpful and half of the machines never work.

Heads up! You will be charged an “annual fee” one month after signing up. If you do decide to terminate your contract make sure it is 7 days in advance before your next billing cycle. I should have been informed of this (yes it’s most likely in the contract) before paying a $60 termination fee, then charged again a day later for an annual fee. The rep who cancelled my contract never mentioned an upcoming annual payment that would be taken from my ACH account even though I had already cancelled. I am out of over $100 in less than 2 days. Truly upsetting.

The staff is awesome 💜 They are always in a good mood, encouraging, and friendly. Great access to equipment and always clean. As a newer gym person they've made me feel very welcome which makes it easier to want to work out :) …

Always clean, friendly staff, and all the equipment works like new! WM Cannon and 35 staff are rude and demeaning from my experience and I've never returned. Probably won't ever again.

I actually like this PF, BUT come on dude….the ceiling in the shower needs to be addressed. When it’s fixed I will change my review until then…..ew.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes for someone to show up only to find out once again that they only have 1 working tanning booth and it is booked. Don't count on this "benefit" being readily available at Slaughter lane because that is rarely the case.Went in today Feb 18 at 9:30 to tan and EVERY tanning bed was down because of a wifi issue. I asked Aleyssa to cancel my membership and she did with the promise of no cancelation charges or fees.This is easily the worst ran fitness gym I have ever seen. No apologies or concerns that none if their tanning beds are usable.
