I cancelled my membership back in august after I got it transferred to this location.I was spoke to a man there after the cancellation to verify and he said I was all good .. now two months later I’ve been charged twice and after speaking to a lady today she said I have a $62 dollar early cancellation fee when I was originally told after 3 months I could cancel for free I started in may… be careful with planet fitness they make it so difficult to cancel..apparently every location has its own set of rules. Planet fitness is horrible and they know it so once they get you in they try and make it impossible to cancel.

Been a member on and off for a little over 2 years now, and never a bad experience. Never overly crowded, and very spaced out to accommodate. Very interactive app to make gym experience easy and stress free for all levels. Clarisa who worked the past two nights was super helpful and helped me upgrade to Black Card and went over the different upgrades. Highly recommend PF and upgraded to higher membership.

Came in as a guest. This place was much cleaner then the one I had visited earlier in the week. No social distancing where machines are gapped but they do have a sign that says respect others and to social distance. For the most part people were doing that. No issues with machines. It was a bit busy while I was there put they had a good amount of machines so never without something to do. Highly considering getting a membership now.

As soon as you walk in it’s a welcoming atmosphere. I think a combination of the staff and the other gym members that make it great. I was going to another gym and had to fight against my anxiety just to get a workout in. Here is very inviting and calming. Lots of equipment, amenities, and space.Covid precautions are great. Staff is constantly cleaning and there are plenty of stations around.

Their policy is that pf black card guest cannot use amenities but it really depends on the staff member if they want let the guest use it or not. Please stick with your policy. Don’t do what you like and who you like. Sad to said that I don't recommend this gym, and is mostly for the management. The manager has no clue on how to treat people, zero customer service. I'm very disappointed and mad at the same time. When you manage a business you have to have a leadership, good communication, empathy, and be a good listener, but the most important thing is that you need to be respectful with your clients. To the owner, please pay more attention to the people you are delegating the big responsibility of managing your business. This guy is killing your business. You lost a customer and probably a ton more because I'll never recommended anyone.

Love this gym. It has a lot of machines and it’s usually not that busy. I will say the busy hours are 5 to 7. Probably pretty hard to find a bench at that time.

This planet fitness is awesome The staff there is great. Lance really took care of me like I had an issue with my billing and other issues and he just wiped it out and gave me a new start. He truly deserves a raise bonus something. And it really helped me I was truly Grateful. And I was able to continue my workout they are open 24 hours during the week and different hours on the weekends but this is a awesome gym. It has plenty of equipment to use it is sanitized after every use it's a great place to work out. Masks are not mandatory. There’s this “assistant manager” woman (white & kinda big) who’s always being mean, and never smiles at us. Other stuffs are always so nice and have helped us with smiles on them all the time. I’m calling the corporate and report about her. She’s contradicting Planet Fitness’s culture of being “non-judgement/welcoming environment.” We actually feel like not welcomed when she’s there. She might have personal issues or may hate the job; if so, she needs to go somewhere else. Luckily, we are going to move away from this location soon, so we don’t have to see this hot mess.

Very clean, well kept and great place to work out. They have a large variety of fitness equipment. I have been working out for a while and feel it is still a great place to grow in your fitness journey at a low price!

Not my favorite Planet Fitness location as it’s much smaller than others. It does however have a better demographic of people. Lastly, what is it with Planet Fitness and hot water? I can never take a shower here nor at other locations as the hot water is gone within 5mins after turning it on. I don’t like to saturate my vehicle seats with sweat after working out. Many are ok with that but not this guy.
