Been going here since they opened i believe. Reslly nice facilities and super clean. I only wish they had a bit more variety of equipment but overall really nice environment. Have been looking for another gym closer to my place (having a 15 min drive to go work out kind of sucks)

Only reason I am giving this place 5 starts is because of Emily. For starters, this place is very clean. The upkeep is impressive so kudos to that. There is CrossFit equipment, cardiovascular machines, resistance machines for full body workouts, etc.The staff is friendly however the assistant manager Loren (I believe that is her name; blonde hair blue eyes) is rude.Since I was entered into the system I always had to give me phone number 2-3 times before they could scan me in. After some time & frustration, I asked why does everyone ask me 2-3 times and no one could answer. In one instance, the assistant manager (who has scanned me in before too) couldn’t find me. When I asked her what number did she type in she rudely and with tone replied “the one you gave me!” She eventually found me but didn’t say anything as usual, no pleasantries, no resolution to my problem. She doesn’t greet customers on their way in. She has a “I hate my job” attitude. And clearly doesn’t understand her title role of ‘Customer service front desk representative’. When we complained someone said she was going through family issues but you never bring your issues to work with this job title. Furthermore. I’ve been coming here a year and the attitude has been the same.I am a huge fan of customer service especially when it’s in your title.Emily is a worker there who on the first time she scanned me in, noticed my issue. She said whoever signed me up didn’t type me in the correct area, that’s why they normally had to do 2-3 searches for my number.Emily apologized for the ongoing issue, took ownership and resolved it. She greets customers and I’ve observed her teaching other workers how to do things in a very constructive manner. She posses leadership skills and customer service, interpersonal communication skills.I truly hope she gets recognized for her efforts and dedication because customer service isn’t easy. I work customer service and it takes emotional intelligence to master it.

I’ve been going to this gym every weekday for the last month, and I don’t think I’ve EVER seen any of the staff in a bad mood. Noah and Charnelle are the usual staff I see there, and their attitude is always upbeat. Everyone there is awesome and I love the atmosphere of the gym itself. Definitely recommend if you’re hesistant about joining a gym, like I was. Also, those hydromassage beds are amazing.

Always clean and, so far, I've never had to wait or circle back to use a piece of equipment even though I usually go during their busiest time. My only beef with this place is, when I got my PF membership, I signed up for a group class with the trainer. I went there a few mins early only to find out that the class had been canceled b/c the trainer was out. I would say that this is a great place to workout independently and I wouldn't rely on the weekly classes too much or that the staff will communicate to you beforehand if classes have to be canceled.

The gym has a great layout and is very spacious. There is a great mixture of equipment and I appreciate that the PF 360 area did not take away from the PF 30 minute circuit or the stretching/ab area like at other gyms. The front desk staff is amazing at the Parmer & Mopac location in Austin, Texas. The Black Card Spa area is awesome and I love that they have so many chairs and hydro-beds. This a wonderful location.

I’ve only been there twice but it’s legit. So clean and new!! I’m not sure why I see a review for rude staff. My first time going in I met Noah and he was super friendly and helpful. Today when I went in Noah wasn’t there but another nice young man who was very friendly checked me in and sold me water. I put out friendly vibes and treat people nicely..so maybe that had something to do with it. Anyway looking forward to tomorrow’s workout!

I love the cleanliness and the fact no one bothers you. No sales hype, upgrade pressure or general gym BS full of fashionistas and meat heads. The staff generally greet you with a smile and a goodbye! I own a free weight gym but no machines. Joined here to rehab after knee surgery. Very pleased.

Absolutely love it here! I'm always welcomed, recognized instantly by multiple staff since day one; they know me before I scan my card. They go out of their way to make sure I'm happy and feel like I belong, which I do. Noah is the man, super kind and friendly. All machines clean and well-organized. Great selection, and love the black card perks!

I’ve been to Planet Fitness locations in a few different states. The other Planet Fitness locations I’ve been to are gyms. They are sufficient for working out, going home, and doing so on a budget. This Planet Fitness location however, embodies what the Planet Fitness brand is supposed to be. It’s a community. Everyone is accepted, the staff is professional and goes out of there way to remember you and make you feel at home every time you swipe that key chain. Even the GM, Travis, is hands-on with the clients and ensures that I am having a great experience at the gym. I’ve never been one to go out of my way to write reviews, but I appreciate this location and the way they make me feel as I attempt to hit my fitness goals. I even appreciate the strict assistant manager with the smile that couldn’t light up a kitchen pantry as she is at least tolerable as you can tell she makes an effort to be as personable as the rest of the staff.I can’t wait to come in after-work, per usual, workout at my own pace, then cool down while reading a book in the massage chair. Thank you to this Planet Fitness for giving me an experience, and not just an additional monthly expense.

Woooow comparing to other Planet Fitness I have been to. This location is super clean equipment are very easy to handle. For real, I left more weight here than the other location where I got my membership. Great job guys and hopefully people can keep it clean and as it is. Another great thing to mention is not crowded machines are available to all the time which had me to finish my exercise half an hour earlier. 👍👍👍👍
