Wow, what a fantastic team at this location! When I walk in they always have a big friendly smile, I really appreciate that vibe. This really sets the tone for a great community, feels more like a club than a gym.

I joined mainly because of the hydro massage beds, they are amazing. I feel very comfortable at this gym because they promote a no judgment attitude and there is a big variety of workout equipment to use. The showers, bathrooms and locker rooms are clean as well.

I LOVE going to this gym. The people who work there genuinely seem to enjoy each other and their job. As a nurse, cleanliness is one of the most important things to me during times such as these and this gym is spotless. Every second someone is cleaning or organizing something and keeping up with the general appearance of the gym. I come here every day knowing that there will be someone smiling to greet me at the door and that makes coming to work out, that much easier.

Honestly liked this gym at first, but we moved 40 min away. We went to cancel and we were told to come back in a month to avoid a cancellation fee.Cut to a month later and they tell me there will still be a fee. They admit their employee said that, but that they were new and incorrect. Absolutely refused to correct it in any way. Literally told me it was my fault I am being billed for a month I didn’t want and a cancellation fee, because “I chose to listen to his employees advice”.Guy helping us before the manager, Matthew, was amazing and the second star here is for him. Friendly, great customer service, engaging, empathized, literally everything you love to see in customer service. The manager, who didn’t give a name, complete opposite. Treated is like we were dumb, didn’t listen, clearly didn’t care, just wanted out of the conversation. Offered no options, and no help.Editing to reply: I realize I needed to pay to be out of the contract. Don’t you love how they ignore the lies they told us to steal more money and make it sound like we didn’t want to pay? We literally tried to pay the fee and we were told to wait a month. Then told “yes we said that. Pay anyway. Your fault for believing us”

I’ve been waiting for 17 minutes and counting, as of 00:02hrs on 09/01/2022 and there is no one staff in the gym. I’ve looked everywhere.I’m unable to get the massage chair as a result.

I love this gym. Everyone, I mean literally EVERY employee at this location is nice and really has great customer service skills. I always feel comfortable at this location and I drive out of my way on my way home from work to come to this gym. I won't go to any other location in Austin. I highly recommend this gym. And it's very spread out so you don't feel like you are on top people while working out!

Amazing gym. Cleanest gym i have ever been to. Very helpful people here. The manager and the associates are very friendly and helpful . Would recommend 99.99% . The 0.01% is for the missing sauna. Only if there was a sauna … then 100%. (Btw personal opinions)

I love this gym and everybody in there know me, we basically a family over here. @ Planet Fitness owner I NEED A SAUNA, me and my friends have BLACK MEMBERSHIP and I absolutely love the massage, hydro and total full body enhancement but I still ABSOLUTELY need a sauna. SO PLEASE BUILD ONE ASAP.

Workout, tan,massage. Enough said.And the folks that work there are always awesome! Not one single employee and any PF club i attended, has been anything but amazing and helpful. Like haw many businesses can actually say that? Just sayin.

The people that work there are very pleasant the only reason I gave them four stars is because they have a lot of tanning bed that no one is utilizing and I think they should turn them into sauna the gym is perfect I have no complaints and I love the crowed meter
