This location is absolutely terrible. Aside from AC issues, the bathrooms are horrid & smelly. Rarely see any staff sanitizing the equipment. See staff constantly wiping mirrors but that's it. What happen to the weight scale? And, why are most of the lockers in the gym area broken? The staff there is absolutely useless not to mention condescending.

I just stopped in to take a tour and Raquelle was super helpful! I wanted to check out the restrooms and the AC situation. The restrooms were clean/smelled fine and the AC seemed to be working. The employees were up front about 1 AC unit still needing work, but that the others were working, and I could feel the cooler air as I walked in.

It's been more than 2 weeks now that the AC doesn't work and the water dispenser only gives hot water. What are you waiting for to solve this?

Thinking about leaving this gym. Everyone has been commenting to fix the AC and it hasn't been fixed. Please dont just put an automated response on here or tell us to call management. Whoever responds to these reviews should call management.

Rude, judgemental and completely unhelpful front desk associate. Another one of the associates was just sitting on a cooler in front of the front desk. Had to call the member services phone line to actually get the help I needed.

I have been a member for two years now. The staff they currently have is the best it’s ever been! Everyone is approachable and they always have a smile! It’s also very clean.

Going to this location was one of my worst planet fitness experiences. I am a black card member and have been to many different locations throughout Texas and Colorado. This location was dirty, it felt like it was 90° inside, the gym was jam packed with people and I couldn’t use any of the equipment I wanted to.

Update- The AC has been broken for well over 9 weeks now. It’s going to be 100+ all next week. Putting up two oscillating fans is not fixing the issue.Glad to see some others commenting on this as well. What is going on?!?
