People start arriving around 0600, so if you want the gym to yourself, go before then. Still not a crowded location. I am grateful there is one close. The staff is very friendly and knows thwir regular attendees ^_^

I work out at the site at 1100 W. Anderson Lane in Austin, Texas. My pleasant experience starts at the door with the friendly greetings I get from your staff. I would like especially to commend Lou Rice. He has a smile for everyone coming in or going out. He remembers particulars about all of us and asks how we're doing. In addition, he's very knowledgeable about the machines and how to use them. His advice has helped me improve my workout. I hope he goes far in your organization. He deserves to.

This used to be my go-to location before they started having AC issues. I had been going to this PF for about 6 months and then all of the sudden their AC would not work and they did not fix it. I went back today (after 8 months of going to a different location) thinking surely the AC issues would have been fixed by now but they hadn’t. It was 94 degrees outside today and it literally felt better to be outside than inside that hot chamber. Please fix your AC.

I signed up and pay 73$ and tried this gym and I didn’t like and after 1 week later I want to cancel they are charge me 62$ it’s not make sense

Good PF here. The trainer on site is great, staff is nice. Gym is clean and has lots of equipment.

I've hit a variety of the locations in Austin. I'm particularly fond of the E Riverside and Anderson locations. Kudos to the staff, big shout out to Adrian, Jeph, and Miranda!

Can't complain about anything (besides it always being busy, but gotta expect that!).The gym is clean, has many machines, 5?? smith machines, lots of dumbbells, and many cardio machines. Overall really good "for a Planet Fitness"
