i can’t say enough good things about bell fitness! when i came in 6 months ago i was so nervous as i hadn’t worked out in years or been in a gym setting. they immediately made me feel comfortable and they gave modified versions of excercises since i was a beginner and the other members made me feel comfortable as well! i was able to lose 30lbs & gain muscle w the help of all the coaches! thank you coach margherita & all the other coaches for your continued help in my health journey!

The coaches do wonders with the kids. My son has been physically motivated, eating healthier, slimming down and really enjoys the atmosphere at bell fitness. This is a great place for kids to grow mentally, physically and socially. Also having fun at the same time. I highly recommend bell fitness for kids at any stage trying to improve upon themselves.

Bell Fitness is a great small gym that allows you to workout in a group setting with a trainer assisting and pushing you to achieve your goals. During workouts, trainers also switch up exercises to accommodate for aches, pains, and/or injuries.
