The WORST gym ever. Horrible experience at crunch. Never thought I could've had a bad experience at a gym, but this made it happen. Went in there once to try it out and turn out all the bathroom stalls were broken. Couldn't even go to the bathroom. Most machines were broken. The cable machine wasn't even working either. Told them I wanted to cancel my membership and had me email someone. I was hoping I wouldn't pay the annual fee for just going in ONCE. Nope, the owner kept on saying he can't and he can't. Bad customer service. Pretty bad gym to go to, not recommended at all. If zero stars was possible, I'd place it below that.

Great place! Location and parking is convenient. General manager and trainers are knowledgeable in their field. Has cool amenities like hydro massage, tanning, sauna, and red light therapy. I go here often and enjoy the amenities. If you have a specific machine in mind to use, be mindful to time your workout between busy hours or just try out a new machine till the one you want is available. Enjoy this place and the staff and I will be coming here for the years to come.
