Good gym. Open 24 hours. There is no child care. The staff is very friendly even when you are there late at night. I have the black card membership so I get to use all the extras they have like the hydro-massage, tanning, massage chairs and I get to bring a guest. My guest can also take any class with me. All classes and personal trainers are free with the membership. It is a great place to workout.

Ive been to a Golds, LA, and Anytime but I feel that Planet fitness is more like my gym. People are friendly and primarily focused on their workout which means less eyes on you.

Someone told me I could get the black card as long as I got my parents to sign a release form and then when I went back to get it a different person told me I couldn't they need to get the information straight through all employees on that …

I love the atmosphere. No pressure but the Trainor's are there if you have questions. You can set up appointment time to work with the trainor. All around a great lace to workout

I've only been going for a few weeks but it has been everything and more for my personal needs. The staff are amazing and I love that I can get it wreck it and get out no drama. I love this gym.

Great and friendly staff. The only problem I run into is in the 30 minute Express workout. People who aren't following the routine and don't yield to those who are. I've tried explaining to them and they are look at me or argue with me. …

Love this location. Everything is new and clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. This is the only location where people actually follow the rules of the circuit for the most part. Still could deal with a little more monitoring from the staff, though

Monica Reyes the general manager in Glendale, Phx was very kind and handled my issue with the utmost care. I came into planet fitness quite upset but Monica knew exactly what to do and was very quick as well. She is definitely an essential and excellent asset to the company and should definitely be rewarded because she takes time out of her personal day to help with clients issues. By far the best customer service I have received. Jerry Herrera, an employee helped me out as well and was completely understanding. Beyond thankful they personally helped me out and were able to do what they could to resolve my problem.

Very nice atmosphere. Even though I don't see everyone clean up after themselves the staff goes around cleaning the equipment good job guys that's what keeps me coming back also and just one reason why I gave a good rating
