Planet Fitness

Facility was very clean. Machines were in good working order. Staff is friendly. My ONLY complaint is the "half" shower curtain--which is woefully inadequate to preserve privacy in the "dry" area of the showers. There is also nothing to sit down on and take your clothes off or to put them back on while in the shower area. I'm not comfortable fully exposing myself in the locker area--either to prepare for a shower or to get dressed afterward. There IS a private changing area--but you can't leave your items in there unattended so it is pretty much wasted space. Time constraints don't allow undressing in the private changing area--taking your removed clothing back to your locker--shower--go back to the locker room--haul your clothing back to the private dressing room to get dressed. . . ??? Would be an easy fix and would be appreciated.

Always open and available for my words schedule. No matter what time of day I go it's always clean, and I'm usually one of the few people who are there around 4am. Staff always greet you, and always make sure your needs are met. For the price you pay, it's defiNitely worth it.

I love the friendly staff and how clean it is. A very relaxed atmosphere. I can work as much or as little as I want. Staff are always available to answer questions regarding machines or certain exercises or routines. I can't imaging going anywhere else

Pleasant staff, plenty of machines for cardio and weights and the place is always clean. I like a place I can get in and out of and just focus on my workout without any chit chat. I have the basic membership (10/mo) which is a deal me if you go at least 3-4 times a week.

Horrible experience here! They are racist. They allowed an angry member to threaten my 15 year old daughter. And when I defended her the manager blamed me for it. He was very friendly to the member that was angry at them and yelled at my daughter. I wonder why???? It's a shame that things like this is still going on. The manager is disrespectful and so is the district manager. Never join this club!!!!

Planet Fitness is a great facility; very affordable and customer oriented. My goal is to get a great cardio and to lose weight, of which, I've accomplished both. I've been treated extremely well. They even let me wave to the camera when I had my picture taken.

There seems to be a staff issue at this location. My visit tonight was for my mental fitness and I was welcomed by a very smug and condescending employee at the front counter. He stopped me and insisted I have my photo taken or else I could not utilize this facility.This was in front of other customers. I have been a member over a year and I have never been told I needed a photo and so rudely. This was cleared up quickly by the other staff with him. I DID NOT NEED IT. My experience tonight was the most uncomfortable I've felt at planet fitness. I've only been in Arizona 1 month, compared to New York, Glendale is not welcoming.

I love the staff they're really nice and it's usually never crowed here. However, the tanning beds are gross and I never get tan after... But it's still an okay gym. I like this location more than all the others

I really have nothing to complain about with Planet Fitness. I'm sorry all that happened to you Phil, but I have a copy of my agreement and have never had a problem in this regard. I was clearly told what I would be charged, and when, and including the annual fee.Even if I just went for the massage chairs and beds, my membership would be worth every $20. That's $5/wk if you just go once a week!Also, if you have Silver Sneakers through your health insurance, you definitely benefit from Planet Fitness perks.

It was my first time going to planets fitness a few days ago and it was an aswesome experience I came as a guest with my aunt and the facility was so nice and clean and I didn't know they has a motto until I got there and I really thought it was very inspirational and how they have that no judgement free zone I will be getting a black card membership because it's not that expensive and it's a great way it's open 24 hours and I think that's awesome and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. And at this location the manager Julian was able to help me with all of my questions and inspire me to want to come back even more so thank you.
