I wish planet fitness could offer a women's Section. Only one gym has a women's section and it is Phoenix fitness.

Also your employee John is an awesome gentleman. Every location I’ve seen John work at you can definitely feel is presence. Everything is clean and the social environment is healthy. I’ve coincidently went to a few locations before John was there and they were a mess and filthy but when John came the entire gym changed!

I'm a retired boxer and I go to the planet fitness on 51 St ave and Glendale,they have all the equipment I use for strength training and calisthenics, it's worth the membership.

A year ago I gave you a five star, today I give you guys an unacceptable. To take out my membership fees twice and tell me there is nothing you can do doesn't sit right with me. I upgraded and you guys should check your records before taking out the money twice. You said you would look into it but you didn't even take my number and on top of that you weekend staff told me they would look into it too. You also could not provide me a billing support number. Poor customer service

The girls in the morning have given out my personal information to my abusive ex boyfriend because he paid them to call when I arrive . I'm sure its illegal to say the least. Now they are stalking me and I have to change gyms . I hope they get whats coming to them

Definitely, not joining.We have the silver sneakers plan,x 2.Rude lady and guy working.Before we even started, wife needed restroom.Absolutely not, until your a member.Well how about a tour or even a trial period..Nope..Good luck we don't care...Good luck with your goals, yall lost us and anyone who will listen..Not

Drove 20 minutes because the hours were listed as open til 4 specifically on Thanksgiving and they were closed. Happy for the workers but why not just list it as closed?
