Planet Fitness

I had a house fire&+; can't go home so I get planet fitness cards to shower& it's definitely been useful for when I need to get cleaned up and get to work.

They are chill and place is cleanest out of Phoenix planet fitness. I am a black card holder. So i have seen alot of other planet fitness in tha surrounding areaz. Im glad I picked thiz spot az my home gym.

Little below average for a planet fitness, standard equipment, average size, wasnt busy. Only complaints being the front row of cardio equipment is too close to the TVs and the showers weren't as clean as other PF's

I have a black card membership, that allow me to have a guest with me all the time.But this morning, the manager did not allow my guest to enter the gym. I’m very disappointed by their service, and do not recommend displace for anyone.

Signed up yesterday for PLANET Fitness. Canceled my membership at Vasa because PF offers red light therapy. Big mistake!! I had my membership for 24hrs and already regretting my decision. I walk in an hour before close. First time I have ever sStepped foot in a planet fitness remember, And the woman at the desk tells me they close in 30 minutes it’s 9 o’clock they close at 10 according to their door and their website. No problem I was only going to do a 30 minute workout anyhow. I decided to skip the workout because clearly these employees are in a hurry to close early I decided to just do the red light therapy that I had been looking forward to a walk-in try to start the machine it’s not working so I go to the front desk and ask for help. The man that was working there equally as rude as the woman says I need to make an appointment there’s nobody in there both stations are open so I ask if I can make an appointment for right now and he said sure go ahead. And continues to do whatever he was doing after an awkward moment of silence I ask do I do that with you make an appointment? He says no right over there and nods to a computer. Then the woman says do you have protective eyewear I say no she goes oh well you can buy it from us and I said OK and she just stares at me playing with her hair at that point I just feel so uncomfortable being in this place I’ve said never mind I’m definitely going to be asking for a refund because no amount of light therapy is worth being treated like that when you walk into a gym for the first time there are hundreds and hundreds of other options

Had issues with the Peoria location. Wasn't planning on going back to a PF but the Glendale location makes me happy that I did. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The manager is amazing!! The only downfall is the little thick blonde at the front desk ( makes it hard to focus lol)!!

The staff is well trained and I notice new employees come up to speed quickly. I only have one issue that I talked to front desk staff about but PF has no intention of changing. Members are expected to wipe down the machines and equipment before and after use. But I have never seen anyone using the free weights wipe them down before or after. The staff person at the desk excused the behavior by saying the weights get cleaned every morning. I do not believe that the free weights have a miracle property that prevents them picking up bacteria and viruses

The morning crew (I'm there at 4am)are amazing! They know me well enough that they have my hydro-massage bed reserved at 5am. The facility is always clean and machines are in good working condition.

Great staff. They say hi and leave you alone. The early morning weekday crew is awesome. Also, the folks using the gym in the morning are easier to be around than the afternoon crowd

Most of the people that come here seem pretty cool. Staff member Ahmed is like MVP, knows how to talk to people and knows his job well. Much respect for this young man.
