My home gym is Glendale the staff is very friendly always welcoming you with a smile which you feel like home. The memberships are Affordable only $10 a month and the place is super clean. Definitely gets the workout done. Thanks guys!

Kathy the manager of the place never returns calls as well as other things she does just because she has been given a title. This establishment can find a better person for this position. All my belongings were thrown in the trash. Reach out to your staff. Really. Get decent people (management) too work for you. Yes it has changed a great deal.

I just spoke with the rudest employee named Catherine who claims to be the manager. So dismissive and insulting. From a customer service perspective, this is the worst Planet Fitness location I have ever been to.

Clean. Friendly Staff. Easy scan in, and out, very communicative as well. Needs to be open later, the hours are NOT the business. I signed up when it was 24 hours and they need to go back that way, or at least open til modnight.

The staff is rude and act like they are robots and dont listen . ironically they speak to you as if you cant comprehend what they are saying to you .if you ask about a machine or where it is they point like toddlers. been here on two different occasions and I wont be back .

This is one of the less-busy locations vs a lot of other spots so that’s wonderful for jumping from area to area. The showers are AWESOME but could use a little more water pressure.

Whenever I go in for my workouts, Anesa is always the first person to greet me and to tell me to have a good workout and I do because of her kind words. Anesa is one of the best workers here at this location. I always see her cleaning or doing whatever she needs to do. I hardly ever see her on her personal device (the only phone she handles is to answer calls at Planet Fitness!) Im hoping my granddaughter ends up like her. She is truly a pleasure and I hope she stays at this location. 😁
