I haven't been back to a gym in 2 years and last time I did, I got sick. But Planet Fitness was different. The staff is so welcoming and their cleaning protocols on equipment is on point. I love it here. There's no "gymtimadation" as they say. Everyone is there to workout and be on their way!

Terrible customer service from MOST of the workers. Even with 3-5 workers at the front they don’t greet you or acknowledge you. They also hate answering any questions. DO BETTER.

The equipment is horrible. Not enough and it is made so you can’t get progress. Their whole business model is to keep people from getting in shape. Every time I go I just remember how much I regret getting a membership to this place.

All planet fitness' are not equal, and this place proved it!! Honestly, I wish my home club was this nice .Top of the line machines nicer than anything we have at my local hometown pf !Bathrooms ...10!!!outa 10 ..Insanely clean showers and the coolest changing rooms I've ever seen in a pf.Had a Spartan race at PIR and just needed to clean up and massage, will use this location everytime I'm back here racing now !!Amazing staff.. amazing location!!

God if I could just not feel like the staff hate their lives then maybe that would help? I really only come here because I travel so much, and these facilities are everywhere. Thank God for my personal trainer. When I'm home I can actually get a workout without feeling like my personal space is constantly being invaded. This place needs updated equipment like, last year. As I said earlier, I appreciate that I at least have a place to get a quick workout while I'm traveling.

Crowded. Need more benches for weighs. 24 hours? What are we paying for? Should be lower per month. Staff was friendly about 4 were in the booth. One was painting 2 others on phones. 4th person? Old days they were always cleaning and walking around.

Very clean! Associates are always cleaning machines and floors. Associates are very nice and friendly! Love my workouts there!!
