Im debating if i should go in or not. Theres a kid hanging out in the front desk. Not staff ,picking his nose scrathibg himself. Infront of staff. Hugging peolpe that he knows as they walk in. His mask is downt to his neck yes on thursday from 7;00pm I left at 7:30 did not go in !!

Great service. Lovev the 30 min work out. Message machines. Wish they had classes to take. I like the atmosphere. It was nice. I had a great work out!

They been charging me for a membership for over a year. When I havent renewed my contract. And when i asked about it they justified charging me 50 dollars a month because they said i had an open contract. Witch wasnt the case

The staff is nice, but this facility needs updated equipment and more machines. They're missing so much here and it sucks. I've worked out at so many pfs and I was shocked to see all of their old equipment and lack of machines.

Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel right at home!!! Such a welcoming atmosphere. Membership is extremely affordable and includes many amenities. Perfect fit for my needs!

I went in to discuss membership and did not like what I heard. Why would anyone sign up for a membership with that crazy contract?You can only cancel in person with a cancellation form or send a letter. Yet you can sign up online in a few seconds? Easy to sign up and hard to cancel. RED FLAG.The only real way to legitimately cancel is with a certified letter for proof.Do better. Just charge me the annual and first month at sign up and let me pay monthly from there. Why trap people with a contract? Sleazy.

It's a bit small, and the equipment isn't as up to date as what I'm used to in Appleton, WI. I couldn't figure out how to access the workouts at all. Weight machines don't keep track of your reps, and there's no scale in the locker room. I didn't see a refill station for my water bottle, either, which means I'll have to keep my workouts to about 30-60 minutes depending on what I'm doing.Otherwise, it's a convenient, if not a little outdated, and comfortable place to workout.

Very guest friendly great service and excellent staff! I like how the establishment is always clean and the bathrooms are well kept! Let’s keep up this amazing work PF family I hope soon we can go back to some type of normal but for now I love the way the mask policy is enforced I feel very safe!

So I really enjoy going to Planet Fitness in Peoria I don’t like the one in Avondale at all. It’s not the company that’s bad but the people who represent it, which is key. I will always recommend anyone to go to the one in Peoria because of Marcus he is an awesome employee from the moment I started going there. Extremely professional always willing to help and go out of his way to make you feel comfortable, other employees should follow his lead on how to treat members. There was another employee there yesterday by the name of Daríam he was extremely rude totally ignored me refused to help me. When I went to Marcus even though he was busy he still continued to help me. If Peoria PF loses Marcus I would be disappointed. I really love the APP I love the massage chairs and even the equipment. Yes I would like to see some things there but for the price I pay it’s amazing gym.
