I went to the gym this morning and it was closed, this has been more often the not that this staff does not open at 4:00. I am usually in first thing in the morning to get my day started with a workout. I like this gym but today is not one of them. Come on staff get your act together.

The employees here are awesome! They didn't try and sell anything. It was so refreshing. I'm so glad we left EOS and came here.

Just had the WORST experience with staff member Stephanie R. She is extremely rude, overly aggressive & highly lacks customer service skills.After her poor explanation of my billing issue she literally chased me out of the gym. I could have payed my fees with her in that moment if her attitude didn’t get the best of her & take things south. Called to speak with manager to find out my billing “issue” came with my transfer of gyms which is not my fault. I’ve been with Planet Fitness since 2018 with the same billing information. Cancelled my membership & will not be returning to any planet fitness. The most rude experience & most I’ve ever felt judged at a non judgment zone! Very poor representation of the company. Stay clear of rude staff.

First off it is always clean. Convenient location for me, good solid hours and variety of equipment. Nice large restrooms/showers and good selection of drinks. Massage chairs can use some upgrading though.

This place has become a zoo. A bunch of kids holding up all the equipment. About three kids to every piece. You will never be able to workout here unless you go early in the am. Unfortunately I can't. The worst part is seeing these babies struggle not having a clue to what they are doing. Just witnessed a kid hurt himself tonight smh. I've been a member to this gym for many years but not worth going anymore if you can't get a piece of equipment. I'm up for the kiddos having somewhere positive to go but this was not thought-out by corporate well at all. Just a matter of time before they are sued or lose their real paying members.

This a safe space for everyone! Whether you’re a beginner or an avid gym-goer, everyone can come in and do their own thing. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to work out!

Couldn't even shower once place closed at 11 cause employees wanted everyone out. Some of us have a busy work schedule and would assume they at least give customers time to shower and change once done working out and equipment use should be done at 11 unless stated somewhere in gym.

I took my grandson as a guest on Thursday and Friday. He lifted weights, and since I had already done my exercise for the day, I took advantage of the massage and tanning services. Planet Fitness has everything you could want under one roof and one monthly membership fee. Love it

Been a member for 3 years. It is close to home and I can go anytime I want because it's open 24/7 every day of the year. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The whole gym is clean, including the locker rooms and showers...very nice. There is a wide variety of machines and work out equipment. Large areas to stretch or do floor work. A trainer is available to assist with weight loss or work out plans at no extra charge. In addition, there are at tanning booths, red light booths, massage chairs, and the hydro-massage beds (which are absolute heaven). So much value for only $20/month. I love this place! Although everyone is friendly here, it's not a social hang out. Everyone comes to get a serious workout and there is no judgment from anyone...just a common goal and enthusiasm for getting fit. It's a great place!

Members openly walk with masks under their nose and some without masks at all. Employees look away and allow anything. I would think that opens them to liability. Other AZ PFs we’ve gone to seem to empower all employees to ask members to fix thier masks continually, but not here at Avondale
