Planet fitness is great. I feel comfortable there, and the hours are convenient. The 30 minute express workout is perfect for when I don’t have a lot of time. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The gym is also very clean.

The Avondale planet fitness service is phenomenal. Vero the manager is excellent with managing her staff. Karishma and Alejandra are two employees in particular that stand out. Hector the trainer is most helpful and is perhaps over qualified. Over all great experience there.

I really like this gym. It's alway's clean, the machine's are alway's working. I been coming to this gym since October. In November I join their training classes with Hector V. Since than I been doing my training with him, I have lost over 9lbs. He very good at what he does. He help's me reach my goal's. I totally recommend new people to join his classe's. This location alway's have freiendly staff.

I have been coming to this gym in Avondale, longer than the majority employees been employed here. Since it opened! So I seen lots of employees come and go. For the most part this my home away from home. My happy place😊. The only thing that keep me from giving this gym 5 stars, is employees like ■■■■ Malaysia!Take a class on customer retention, or business 101. ■■■■■She never smiles. And everytime I ask for a bed or table she decide to finish her text message. Or help 1-3 of customers b4 me while I wait on her. Or eating her chips... I was 1st. I understand 1st jobs outta high school; I get it! Learning experience. Not front desk material. Want to keep 4 stars, not 5?!?! Keep her, up there.Don't ruin my happy place because you're unhappy.

I had a pretty terrible experience with one of their front desk staff ultimately resulting in the cancellation of my membership. For some reason they require two forms of payment, the primary being a checking account which they do auto withdrawal each month. I had an issue with unauthorized use of my credit card the last time I gave them my information so I had reservations updating my expiration date. The individual was immediately hostile and very unpleasant to deal with. He did not know the company's own membership agreement and he thought I was the "card issuer" and didn't understand that is actually a financial institution. In the end, I told him he can cancel my membership. There goes two memberships for planet fitness.

My experience at this location are usually always great! Yesterday was no exception. But I want to point out an associate they have there. I think her name is Alexandra. Always engaging! Always positive! Always smiling!She is friendly everytime I see her. Not just with me, with every customer I see her come across. Great job! 👍🏽⭐️👏🏽

The equipment is easy to use and understand, the staff is phenomenal and very helpful, and the environment is great! I never feel out of place or judged, and everything's always very clean. I absolutely love this gym! it's my favorite that I've ever been to. I highly recommend the higher $20 membership because of all of the great added benefits (you're not limited to one location you can basically go to any planet fitness in the world, you can bring a friend with you as much as you want to for free, massage chairs, discounted prices, classes, etc.), but for me I upgraded for the the Red Light Therapy machine alone because it's amazing! I have diabetic neuropathy which is damage of the nerves in my feet, legs, hands and arms and using the Red Light Therapy machine has actually improved my neuropathy and lowered my pain levels. It's also a good way to help warm up your body if you don't have time to stretch. It's really good for your skin as well. People started telling me that I was glowing and looked more awake/ alive/ energetic and younger. At first I didn't believe them, but when I started comparing pictures I actually noticed it and finally saw it for myself. It's cleared up blemishes and uneven color spots and I just feel brighter and healthier all around ever since I've been using it consistently. This is seriously a top-notch gym with unbelievably low prices. I honestly thought that because the price was so low that the gym was going to be a "you get what you pay for" kind of place, but I was so very wrong in assuming that. This is by far the best gym! They're not enough words to describe just how much I love and appreciate this gym! It's literally changing my life and I'm so grateful! 🥰💕

I'm an Independent Truck Owner so I go to a lot of different Planet Fitness locations across the country and this one is the nicest facility that I've been to. The staff was very nice to me and I don't have one single complaint that's unusual for me because I have a high standard. Keep up the good work and other locations should model after this one. love this location atmosphere is great and vibe is chill. very clean and lots of equipment that all works . staff is great and has really gone above and beyond helping me . today they even helped get me a ride home because I took uber to gym but left my phone at home . thank you all for your kindness.

The staff is awesome very welcoming and very helpful. The trainer is cool very motivating helps you reach your fitness goals. The gym is always clean and it has everything I need to reach my strength/fitness goals.
