Planet fitness just makes working out fun. The staff is great always friendly and helpful, lots of machines to choose from. I love the circuit and the treadmills. Free weights are always busy so I just do those at home.

I work out seven days a week. During the three years that I’ve been coming to the Avondale location ive had only minor issues. The gym is clean well maintained and properly staffed. So many names I want to thank but I’ll keep this short. Veronica is running a solid show here. Her energy, direction, and warmth flows through a solid staff. Thanks guys.

Was ok till we went to cancel on may 1st , make sure you get 100 confirmation emails and maybe video record that you are there to cancel because they still charged us even after the cancellation and the manager there Veronica is the worst because she just will tell you that you are Lying and you never canceled because the employee who did the cancellation failed to do it correctly, she won’t return a call because she knows she is incapable of handling management responsibilities. Still waiting on the refund to process which they said it takes 2 weeks . Makes no sense but will wait and see.

The staff at this Planet Fitness is very happy and gives off good vibes. The Cardio Machines are clean and work as they should. The overall cleanliness of the gym is very good. I like going there cause there are not 50 meatheads trying to bench press the weight of a Honda civic. Good place 10/10

Manager Vero is the best, professional yet very fun. The day crew when I’m there are awesome, always helpful, always cleaning and keeping the place looking great. Trainer knows what he’s doing and has even offered to help me out when he’s just in there working out off the clock. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Ive been coming here for a while now. This location is better than the Planet Fitness on 75th and Thomas. This is because of the school across the street, and kids tend to crossover. Also, it's very clean at this location. People are courteous and respect each other, haven't had any issues.

The staff are always kind, welcoming, and very friendly. The facilities are always clean and smelling fresh. The machines are always in working order and everything is very organized and easy to find. This will always be my main location,, it's the best gym I've been to.

I love to come and workout in the Avondale location! The staff is professional all the time, even when their manager isn't present! They are helpful when needed! Also, the personal trainer, Rich is invaluable, versatile, and responsive! He is helping shape my body up well! The management is a good leader with her respectful, cheerful staff!

I've been working out/ exercising there for 2 years now & I love it! Cleanest gym I've ever been in. The equipment is always in perfect condition. Never see anything broken and the padding is literally always new. The staff is great & the manager Vero is very helpful and always greets every guest with a great, can do attitude. Had an issue with a water fountain one day and she was all over it. She had it fixed ASAP. Thanks PF manager Vero & staff. Highly recommend!

I have been a member for 2+ years. I have been very happy with this gym. The manager Veronica is the best! She is always very friendly and makes a point to know members names and say hello. She trains her staff to be friendly and treat members respectfully. If there is an issue she is always very quick to respond and handle the problem.
