The atmosphere in evening staff has really changed for the better. I was pleasantly suprised how helpful the front desk staff is now. I needed help with using the app and the night manager Martin was/is AWESOME and very patient when explaining the process. He (Martin) does a fantastic job ensuring his team has the sanitation supplies fully stocked (compared to the other locations I have visited). Martin and his team are the bomb!!!!

This is one of my favorite gyms, I love the staff always helpful and friendly. Manager has a good rapport with everyone esp her crew. Karishma is super helpful and always smiling when I come in, makes me feel welcomed! Highly recommend checking this place out!

I’ve been with Planet fitness for about 6 years now and this was the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I showed up to sign up and the gal (Kasia) already in a mood. She had myself fill out my information on the tablet and while I was filling it out. She was discussing with her coworker how the financial side/ work situation is horrible and once she puts her two weeks in she’ll let HR know what’s really going on. The other coworker working the shift was excellent, smiling and welcoming. I understand that things come up within our jobs. I work with people everyday and must provide customer services to whichever their need is. I find it inappropriate for someone to stand there during their shift and complain about the company especially while signing someone up. Then I come in again and she rudely stared while mumbling something under her breath.I do highly recommend all planet fitness. They are the best gym out there very supporting, helpful, and normally the people that work there are beyond friendly which makes the experiences better.I do hope this gal changes her attitude and to her coworker thank you so much. You are amazing!

I love this gym! It's so close to my home, walking distance. It has enough parking, where a lot of other gyms lack convenient parking space. The staff is super friendly and patient. They seem like a family and happy amongst themselves which makes me feel good when I walk in to be in that environment. The machines are clean and not dangerous looking like some gyms that buy old equipment for a discount. Lol go here. It's big. Clean. Reasonably priced.

This gym is always super clean, the machines are always working, and the staff is very friendly. Another great aspect of this gym is that it is very accepting of everyone. It is important that each person and their own workout is important. That is what you find here. You won't feel judged for trying to reach your goals or being yourself. Truly a judgement free zone. Thank you to all the staff AND the manager for allowing your staff to be themselves and to encourage all types to be the best version of themselves 🤗

This one is nice it was his first time working out. And he lasted till the end. Thnx for not quitting!!!!!! Planet fitness makes it so easy to workout judgement free zone seeing as how everyone nowadays is self-conscious the most people are scared to try it for the first time. I used to be afraid. Or just not wanna go to the gym because i could "do it at home" but A friend got me to go and boom i was addicted. Hopefully i can conform many others. Love U Planet fitness!!!!!!

If you wish for serious results along with friendly and non-threatening atmosphere, then this is the perfect place for you. Their owner is very helpful and knowledgeable, and they provide group classes and personal training.Join one as per your comfort and you will be happy that you did.

Of all four location I've been to, this one is by far the best. I'm not going to say the gym is for everyone, but if you are serious about getting in shape and turning your life around then this is a great way to start! I'm here just about everyday and the best thing about planet fitness is that you can go to any location, at any time. This location stands above the rest because the staff including the personal trainer Richard "Rich" enjoy what they do and pay attention to every detail from cleanliness, to ensuring their members are getting everything they need. Equipment is tended to around the clock and rarily, if ever, have I seen a machine down or in need or repair/maintenance. Here, when you check in, or attend classes, and other things, you get points that you can accumulate to recieve/purchase cooler drinks and other misc. items (some other locations dont offer this) At this location aside from your regular workout equipment and showers/locker room, they have massage chairs and hydrobeds, total body enchancement rooms/machines, and tanning beds for black card members. (NO GYMTIMIDATION) All of the usuals I've seen/met are here to workout and are respectful and courteous of eachother. All shapes and sizes welcome, but don't take my word for it, COME AND CHECK US OUT! Be sure to say hi, I'm the ugly bearded Hawaiian guy with long hair. 😜😁

Stay far away from this gym. I stopped by another planet fitness to cancel my membership after I moved. I was informed I must go to the Avondale location to cancel my membership. I called to confirm someone was available due to reviews I saw and it needing a manager. I then asked to confirm if I canceled today I would not be charged my annual membership maintenance fee. The contract reads that the dues must be paid by the 25th of the month prior to the scheduled date. My due date was 8/1 and I called 7/25. I was told by the representative that I was not reading the contract correctly and 6/25 was when I needed to cancel by. I questioned this as the contract did not read this way. When I asked them to confirm the individual became very rude and came back to inform me they asked the coworkers and I don’t know what i was talking about. I asked the representative to document my call. Fast forward 6 days later when I made the hour trip out to the location. The assistant manager Martin Morales informed me they saw the notes in the system and I was in fact given incorrect information. They said unfortunately they could not reverse the 39.99 fee and I would still have to pay the $58 cancelation fee. I did not feel this was fair and he said there was nothing he could do the system does not allow him to credit the 39.99 towards it. He called the club manager and she was willing to talk to me tomorrow. Her hours were 9-7. I show up the next day just before 5pm and talked to Martin. He informed me he spoke to the club manager Veronica Ribble and there was nothing they could do. I need to pay both fees even though I was provided incorrect information. They also said they spoke to the Regional Manager Julian Moss and he confirmed this. This is unacceptable and poor business management. You admit your staff was not properly trained and provided inaccurate information which resulted for me to incur additional charges and tell me I am out of luck . I should have known when I went to the gym for the first time and was not provided a tour that this was a mistake. I also should have looked at all the reviews on Yelp and other sites prior to taking the plunge. Stay far away from this place.

Had a terrible customer service experience with a employee named "Joe" who always works there in the mornings. Very rude, no excuse for this kind of behavior. They also require your bank information for a membership, which is very irresponsible in this day and age where even the most secure institutions get hacked on a regular basis. You get what you pay for. Be careful before signing a contract with these people.
