This is my favorite location, it’s too bad the steam room is always under maintenance it seems like, but whatever. I still like this gym the best out of the rest

The moment I walked in the door i felt like a billion bucks and the buffest man alive. The woman at the front desk, Kate, was not only the most beautiful woman i had ever seen but also a very special person that made everyone feel special. Frist impressions to me are almost as big as my muscles and i would pay triple just to hang out at the front check in all day . Ive been happily married for 50 years to my beautiful wife peggy. BUT id risk it all for a date with that lady. Id sell or buy a farm for her. if she wants to travel id call up elon musk and get her a ticket to mars... in fact. im calling him now. 2 tickets to mars for that special that person that makes everyone feel special. if you havent locked her in with a 6 figure salary id do it soon! id do it myself but how my fixed income is....and peggy.... anyways. the place was clean. i can tell those boys cleaning it are working hard cause they smell like sweat and chemicals. keep up the good work boys. maybe next time ill work out .. but i feel the best i have my whole life already...kudos in shape you picked some winners.

This is the best gym in town. The staff is great especially adi and Jacob. I've seen adi diffuse many irrational guest situations and Jacob is always working hard and checking on all the members experiences

Glad to be back. Some of the equipment needs maintenance, but other than that, everything went smooth.8/25/23 They don't seem to be in too much of a hurry to catch up on the maintenance.

I had been a member since 2008 and i canceled them twice for the same reason, they change their prices without you agreeing to the change and they start charging you new prices. They don’t care to loose their current members, they only care to be paid.

Horrible management and terrible kid zone. I left my kid there and when I picked her up she was telling me that the staff member with the red hair told her she was fat. Worse gym to come to!! Will be canceling my membership. The manager Jacob is rude and looks at the girls working out.

Not a fan of inshape due to their CS. I enjoy their equipment and from time to time there is some issues with the adjustments because the equipment is old. But I do not how they come out of nowhere and when you want to leave their gym they give you hidden fees that you are never told about. Then when you go to use the pool and hot tub they have black mold, the sauna at the California location had to close their sauna because there was a weird smell. They need to up the cleanliness on all of their equipment and locations. It’s ridiculous because you are paying $35-$45 a month to go to inshape
