Called to ask how to cancel my membership, the kid said “you have to come in” I asked if there was another way and he said “no you have to come in and talk to us”. Decided to Google it and you can cancel my email and online. Don’t lie, that just made me want to go somewhere else even more.

Inshape is a great place to come and workout! They are clean and staying safe I'm so glad they are open again and so glad they have. They have the best equipment a total plus!!! I would post my happy picture but I look a hot mess right now!!! LOL

Good hours of operation. Fairly clean bathrooms. Some of the equipment like the leg press and the very high free weights are still broken. Staff is prompt about addressing a lot of concerns. Please consider putting cameras in the parking lot as cars have been vandalized by crime (i.e. this happened to me and reports were filed with police and In Shape Coffee road).

Good gym not pushy. Some gym's have idiots working like body exchange on allen. In shape on coffee lets you do your thing , is big , has lots of equipment. I have had several interactions with staff and they have all been great.I enjoy every trip to this gym. Nothing impedes my progress or messes with my mood.Has only been about 4 months but so far 5 out of 5 for me.
