People are being very responsible. Mask use is enforced. Indoor pool is still closed. Hope they can stay open.

The instructor at In Shape Coffee Road, Renee, is wonderful! She is very motivating, happy and genuinely concerned about doing the moves correctly. I love the music, and I am SO motivated to work out!!!

For the most part. Friendly staff. But the environment is nice. Gym is clean and the equipment is outstanding. Just tell all the serious ladies who work there it's ok to say hi and smile...

I am a former member at In-Shape Coffee Rd and am only a former member because I moved out of state. I travel a lot with work and have been to various gyms all across the US working out on day passes. Out of all the ones I have visited In-Shape Coffee Rd is the nicest and cleanest of all of them by far. I wish I was still a member there.

First time going, and was impressed. While a steep price it seems worth it with more equipment than i knew existed, others there that are happy to give pointers if it looks like you need it, and employees that will check up on people that look like they have worked harder than they can, and bring water or offer to clean up your area. Keep in mind i say this as someone thats never worked out other than some running or at home wieghts, so i might not know everything expected. To a beginner it looks fantastic, and friendly.

I just got off the phone with Cassie. I received a billing statement with a bunch of random charges. They billed me a return item fee after I changed my card. They never deleted the old card. Then they started billing me for not having a checking account on file. A checking account they never asked me for. They ask for a credit card when I signed up. Cassie indicated she was not going to refund any of it. Tried justifying all the charges. They upsold me on adding someone and told me there was no start up costs and now they snuck one it. Her deal was that I signed on the dotted line. Ok cool. So anyone that is reading this and deciding whether or not they want to join. They will tell you whatever they need to sign you up. The managers will not take responsibility for the staff they hire and train. You will need an attorney to review the agreement because they will stick it to you. Lesson learned! You are right Cassie. I signed. I will pay the $27 in fees. I will pay whatever my commitment is to cancel. First thing I learned being a business owner. One person can refer 2 people, but turn away 20. If you guys are that hard up for money you need to be greasing your machines more regularly and enforcing no shoes in the steam room. Any probably invest in your staff more.
