THEY WILL SLIM YOUR WALLET BEFORE YOUR WAISTLINE! Do not sign any paperwork beyond the basic membership. Participation in personal training or additional classes will just tack on additional "memberships" that are difficult to cancel. This place is a scam. And corporate won't help when you complain of the misleading invitations to participate in additional programing. They are in on the fraud.

This is the best experience I've had at a hotel EVER ! and to top it off the GM was helping with breakfast with such a great attitude... He's definitely a Servant Leader and the staff was AMAZING! I can't wait to come back 😀 …

This club is well worth the price! The facilities are immaculate and upscale. The saltwater pools are amazing, and the personal trainers are the best in town. Awesome group classes that do not cost any more $....something you need to watch at other gyms. And, THE PARKING IS FREE, which for a downtown club is a really awesome perk :)

The pool is wonderful -- only salt (not chlorine) pool in Baltimore City. It's heated, too!

Great pool for family swimming but I found the lifegaurd, at the time we visited, to be very rude.

Signed up for a trial 3 month membership. Didn't work out due to medical problems and when I contacted them to cancel was informed not only would I not receive a refund for the months I could not use, but I would be charged for an additional two billing cycles because I needed to give 30 days notice (which I was not informed of when canceling) and that the cancellation would run an additional billing cycle AFTER the fact (which I was also not informed of). When I called back to dispute this I was told "sorry" and that there was nothing which could be done. I haven't been an active member since March but that means I still have to pay through June. Make sure you know what you're getting into, because they don't seem to care about any extraordinary circumstances, they just want your money. If I could give less than one star I would. Forget about the beautiful spaces and great classes, they don't really care about the welfare of their members. That speaks to me more than free towels do.

The membership cost isn't cheap but the facilities are really nice. It's always clean and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Lots of free group classes if you're into that.
