In my first week at OTF-Harbor East and I’m never bored! The classes are challenging, always different, and definitely take me out of my comfort zone. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivate me to go “all-out!”

I used to work at OTF but my gym closed during 2020. I have a new job, but I missed the workout so much I had to come back! I definitely recommend OTF for anyone looking for community, motivation and accountability in their workouts.

The classes are great! I love being able to show up and have a set workout planned for me. Even better are the staff at this location. The front desk team is always friendly and willing to help. The coaches are amazing and give such great tips during your workout to make sure you get the most out of each exercise. Coach Caity plays fantastic music that almost makes me forget I'm on the treadmill!

My husband got my into joining Orange Theory at Harbor East with him. I was hesitant at first to try, but it has been a great experience working out with him and challenge by ourselves to PR different competitions. Friendly staff that motivates you every step of the way!

So far, I have been 3 times and I’ve been challenged each time and felt that I had a great workout. Yes, it is expensive, but, if you need a very structured class that is cardio based, this cannot be beat. Highly recommend if that is what you are looking for. Each class is a combo of treadmill, rowing, and weightlifting with the goal of increasing your rate and gaining enough “splat points” (more than 12) to keep you burning calories once class is finished.Update: I have now gone to 12 classes and I can say this place is amazing. The coaches are fantastic- I go mostly to Caity’s and Kelly’s classes and they do such an amazing job. I can feel myself getting stronger and my cardio endurance and sprint ability has really increased. Shout out to the coaches! Thank you.

I have been to OTF locations in California, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Maryland. This was the worst location I have been to. My OT link was 100% charged before my class, but for whatever reason wouldn’t link and join the class. I got off the treadmill and complained to the front desk person. Instead of trying to remedy the issue, he just ignored it for the whole class, so my workout didn’t get recorded. I have never went to a OTF where there was a technical issue that wasn’t resolved. Once in the Towson OTF, my OT beat wouldn’t link. Within a couple minutes, they brought me a loaner OT beat and I was able to carry on with my class. If the training zones are such a huge part of OTF marketing, the employees should jump through hoops to make sure their tech is working. Instead, I was just ignored. Like I said, I have never had that experience before in any other OTF. Very disappointed.

The rotating workouts and fun atmosphere really add to the drive to workout! Everyone should give OTF a shot! AJ was a great coach and made sure everyone stayed safe!
