Music was amazing! The trainer was great and paid attention to detail. I had an awesome workout. Would definitely recommend Orange Theory to everyone. Especially those who don't really enjoy putting workouts together themselves.

Awesome instructors and front desk employees. Workouts are always intense and can be modified to your needs. Have really enjoyed every workout I've had and find I am pushed more than when I workout on my own.

I love Orange Theory Fitness because I know that every day that I go in there will be something a little different but it will always be an amazing workout where I can push myself to the limit more than I've ever done by myself or in any other class format. I previously tried out a personal trainer, but spent 10x more money and had less efficient work outs. I love the science behind OTF's HIIT training and the heart rate monitors help to keep you accountable and motivate you. I also love how personable the staff and trainers are - they all make you feel like you're at home and are incredibly motivating. I initially joined OTF in preparation for my wedding, but I have continued well beyond that because of how awesome the work outs are and how amazing I feel.

Intense, full spectrum workout. Have had classes with Chad and Arthur and both are great, high energy. I think this is a great model. Not intimidating for someone just starting back up, but just as intense for people who are running at 10 mph pace.

I very much appreciated this studio in accommodating me during Hell Week. It's difficult enough to find time to work out when you are at a work conference, but trying to find a time to fit it in when a challenge such as Hell Week is happening is even more difficult. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me book a time that would work for me and I was very grateful!! Both of the coaches I had were outstanding too!! They were exciting and dynamic. Just what I needed!!

I signed up for their FREE class at the Harbor East location and they staff was friendly. Parking is an issue, they don't have a lot but there a few spots that don't have meters. Otherwise, it's too expensive to park at a meter or park a little farther. I enjoyed my class and the coach. I definitely got a good workout.

Structured, fun, and challenging workouts! The trainers are really knowledgeable and encouraging and the environment is welcoming to all fitness levels. This is a great way to learn how to work out most effectively and it really works! My experience here has helped me to become a stronger, powerful, and more confident version of myself.

I love this place. Staff is friendly, gym is always immaculate, and the coaches are awesome.The workouts are so great. I leave every time with a sense of accomplishment. If you haven't tried an OTF workout just bite the bullet and do it. You'll be sore, but you'll be proud.
