This orange theory location sets the bar high. Plenty of space for your work out and phenomenal instructors. After leaving the area, I had a hard time finding a location this good!

Edited. I'm revising my review from a four star down to a one star. The reason for this is that It is my opinion that they are more focused on their company protocols and following rules then actual customer service. Their job should be to make getting into shape or staying in shape easy and fun. That is not the case. I was able to get out of work early and they refuse to switch my class to an earlier class. Not because it was full but simply because "that's the rule". Neither class was full and it would have affected. Absolutely no one!!!I stand by my earlier review that the actual fitness portion is quite good, but the bureaucracy surrounding it completely spoils all the fun or making it easy.Overall it's the best fitness experience I've had. It's not perfect and I'd leave if I could find something better. Almost universally upbeat coaches that are encouraging. The music is loud and intense. My complaints will probably be seen as advantages to most people. 1. It is very rigid. You start doing treadmill then rowing machine then free weights. This gives you a great variety. However, if you are more interested in cardio or weights, there isn't really an opportunity to focus on one or the other. The other issue I have is It is a very" feel good " experience. If you are looking for coaches that are going to get in your face and push you, this is not that kind of an experience.

Large studio with great coaches! There’s 14 treads, rowers and floor stations so with 3G can accommodate up to 40+ ppl. Because it is so large, I haven’t had too much issues with being wait listed constantly for classes that I want to go to. There is no Lift45 template at this site however.

The coaches are so motivational, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the workouts don't get boring.

When cancelling my membership, I was told they needed to charge me for the following month, as well as the month I just paid. So I paid for the month of August on the 5th, tried to cancel on the 8th, and they said that because I didn't cancel before the 5th, they would also be charging me for September. Just think cancellation policies like this are gross.

I have never been so disgusted with a fitness gym in my life. I applied to a position at the Orangtheory on Aliceanna St. in Baltimore earlier this year. After a wonderful phone interview, I was invited to attend an introductory class just to "know what intros (aka new members) go through." It was my understanding this was the last step before being officially hired on board. Before this introductory class, I was always met with quick replies via email whenever I had any questions, and was told to immediately reach out as soon as the introductory class was over.Upon arriving, I noticed I was the only non-white person who would have been working in that location, and I was also the heaviest. I asked a few employees if they had other plus sized employees working there and was told they do. I later found out that was a lie. During the phone interview, I was transparent about being overweight so this was no surprise (I interviewed with the regional Manager named Maria (pronounced Mah-rye-ah).During my introductory class, I was given an armband that didn't work. The employee didn't even help me connect it to the machine after putting the armband on me. If it weren't for the member beside me, I wouldn't have noticed it wasn't working, nor would I have known it wasn't recording my workout. The member took time from her workout to assist me in getting a new one after wasting 12 minutes in the class without recorded progress. Also, the armbands were so tiny that they aren't inclusive to anyone with more weight on their arms or bodies. After my intro class, I reached out to the manager as I was asked to do and received no response. I waited a week to follow up, still without a reply. This was a person who responded within the same day prior to my introductory class which leads me to believe I was discriminated against based on my body type and/or my race. I didn't feel welcome in that space and will NEVER go back again. These are trash individuals who work in a trash fitness center. Luckily, it's franchise owned, so maybe I could try a different location if I ever want a better experience as a member but I'd never apply to work for this place again.Guess what? It's been about six months now, and they are still hiring for that same position even though they lied and told me a month later in email that the position was closed and they "decided to go with another candidate." Go figure.

Kate the Asst Manager is amazing. From the start she made me feel welcomed and part of the group. Unfortunately not all OTF’s are created equal but it’s nice to have a smiling face greet you when you’re entering in the gym for a 6:00am workout. 😊 …

The staff and coaches at OTFHE are amazing. They are great at motivating you through a tough work out, encouraging you to go a little bit above your comfort zone be it in pace, weights, etc. Ultimately you're not just a body in the studio, you're a part of the team and apart of the OTF family. Coaches Katrina, Arthur, Cameron, Chad, and Neal are all amazing (any lack of listing another coach here is b/c I haven't taken a class with them). I wouldn't have traded this journey into OTF, and OTFHE for anything.
