I wish they offered classes that require masks the whole time, instead of just during transitions... But otherwise it is a great workout!

I have been to OTF locations in California, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Maryland. This was the worst location I have been to. My OT link was 100% charged before my class, but for whatever reason wouldn’t link and join the class. I got off the treadmill and complained to the front desk person. Instead of trying to remedy the issue, he just ignored it for the whole class, so my workout didn’t get recorded. I have never went to a OTF where there was a technical issue that wasn’t resolved. Once in the Towson OTF, my OT beat wouldn’t link. Within a couple minutes, they brought me a loaner OT beat and I was able to carry on with my class. If the training zones are such a huge part of OTF marketing, the employees should jump through hoops to make sure their tech is working. Instead, I was just ignored. Like I said, I have never had that experience before in any other OTF. Very disappointed.

I’ve been an Orangetheory member for nearly 2 years and after relocating to Baltimore and joining this location I have cancelled my unlimited membership. I LOVED my home studio I have 5 friends who signed up nationally because of how positive an experience I had at my home studio. They encouraged me to continue my membership when I relocated and I feel like I lost the community I grew to love. The coaches don’t take the time to know you -in fact one ran into me at my job and when I greeted her she brushed it off as oh well I’m so new to the studio. I go 5 days a week for the past two months. I think the difference is the corporate vs franchised locations. It’s just a shame that the culture here has left me feeling like I need to find a whole new fitness community in what is already a challenging transition. I looked forward to having one constant in my new city and I leave feeling like I’ve checked off a box to workout for the day but not like I’ve invested in myself.

OTF in Baltimore provided one of the best fitness class workouts I’ve had. Ryan and the front desk staff was super friendly, the workouts were as challenging as the ones I’ve taken in NYC, and the location is super convenient. Will definitely be returning when I visit Baltimore again!

Spoke with a “Regional Manager” on 7/7 at approximately 3:20pm who identified herself as “Sarah”. The experience was frustrating, rude and unprofessional. The experience with “Sarah” was nothing that I’ve ever been accustomed to as an Orange Theory customer. The procedures of unfreezing accounts during the pandemic has been poorly executed and communicated through Orange Theory and their locations. As a premier member who has access to all studios, I was previously assured and informed that any location (especially an open location) should be able to unfreeze my account if my home location was not open during the pandemic and I wished to attend the open location. When I called the Baltimore Aliceanna location, they essentially said they were unable to assist and referred me to contact the help desk or my home location. My home location is currently closed due to COVID. The national orange theory website stated on their FAQ -“My home studio is closed, but I want to attend a different location. How do I reactivate my membership? You can unfreeze your membership by directly contacting the open studio you are planning on attending or by submitting a request through the Orangetheory mobile app available in the Apple Store or on Google Play. To submit an unfreeze request through the mobile app, log in to the home screen, select the “?” icon in the upper right-hand corner, select “APP SUPPORT”, then click “START A CONVERSATION” and request a membership unfreeze.”When I spoke with Regional Manager Sarah she stated that this was misinformation and she was unable to assist, that she has been with Orange Theory for 5 years and was a regional manager. She yelled, was rude and behaved as if I was irritating her when I called to clarify what was on the website. It is unfortunate that in a service industry that a regional manager representing Orange Theory would behave in such an unprofessional manner. An experience likes this makes you second guess where you spend your money and why. I will be escalating the experience and hope that Franchisee owners are aware of the people who represent their brand so poorly. Regional Manager Sarah needs more training on customer service, representation of a national brand, and perhaps the professionalism it takes to make sure you support a global business by not stating that information on their website is “misinformation”.

Workout was ok. Basically switched between a treadmill and a row machine for 30 minutes, then some lunges and crunches for another 15. I’d give 4 stars, but over the phone, Jose said to come in and they can workout a deal to waive a $12 fee, they never worked out the deal. The ladies at the front weren’t informed of this deal. After I explained, they said they just need my card on file and I won’t be charged until I spoke to Jose. They charged me the $12 without me knowing. Whatever.

One of the best OTF’s in the region. The coaches are all great, especially Katrina, and the gym is always clean and open. Highly recommend!

Orangetheory, specifically this location, is absolutely nailing operations after closing due to the COVID outbreak. The check in process is efficient while still thorough to ensure safety. The coaches have been great at making everyone comfortable, communicating, and strictly abiding by the safety guidelines. OTF HE gives me hope that we can continue to earn splats safely in the age of covid!

Every workout is different, and every workout is just what my body needs. The coaches are outstanding, and they offer modifications when I'm injured or just not in shape enough to do everything. This place helped me return to myself after cancer treatment, and I will forever be grateful to the team at OTF-HE!
