If I could give zero stars I would there is nobody that will answer the phone. The customer service is absolutely horrible they do nothing to fix any situation. We cancelled our gym membership in February with no commitment we signed that the membership is cancelled and they took the keys. Yet we are still getting charged and there’s no way to get in the gym and customer service can’t do anything. We have called multiple times this week with no call back please go to a different gym.

Great atmosphere, members and staff are always very kind. Equipment and restrooms are kept very clean. Reasonable rates and contract options. Definitely recommend this gym if looking a for a fitness club.
