The gym changed owners about a year ago and the new owner has treated the gym like his second home. Everything from the TVs to the cubbies to the general layout has been updated. The gym is always clean, your stuff is safe, and the members care.

Wish the location was bigger and had more equipment for peak traffic times. Usually have to wait on squat racks or the popular free weights. Some of the equipment seems to be aging, like the treadmills. Not a bad price for baton rouge overall. You don't get any bells or whistles for the membership, but it does the trick if you can avoid the after work rush.
