This has become a very bad gym. I've been a member for 9 years. It was a good gym to work out in until the management changed about a year ago. Now it's dirty and poorly run. Unless you are young male jock, it's no longer a welcoming gym. The bathrooms are dirty, smelly; feces on the commode, paper all over the floor. With the prior management, there were men's rooms and women's rooms. Now there are no women's rooms, they are open to all and filthy. I have ask the management to return at least one bathroom to a women's room. I was told no. Corporate offices decided there would no longer be any women's or men's rooms, only bathrooms open to all. I was told some of the female members left the gym because of this but that management was fine with this. It's quite clear they're not interested in making the gym a good experience for all members. On more than one occasion, young men have been hovering around weight machines, not using them. I've walked up to the machine to use it and been told, "You can't use that machine,I'm planning on using it later. You can use it when I'm totally finished. You wait till I'm ready to use it again and have finished with it then you can use it." I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and almost 60 years old. I can ask the big young man that's not using it to let me use it, but I can't make him. I've gone to a staff member asking them to intervene, reluctantly they did. Then the young man followed me around the gym berating me for getting management till I finally left. Another time a young man was leaning on a weight machine looking at his phone, not using it. I ask him if he was using it, he said he was. I went to do some other exercises and came back. He hadn't moved an inch, still leaning on the machine looking at his phone. I just got on the machine and started using it. The young man stood over me with his arms crossed glaring at me the whole time till I finished. Today was the worst. I went to use a weight machine. The man who used it before me had about 400lbs of weight on it. He finished with the machine and walked away. I was left trying to remove several 45 lbs weights and accidentally dropped one on my foot, hurting it; a big bruise developed. The staff member couldn't have cared less. For almost 10 years I have regularly used this gym, but lately it has become unwelcoming to an older female member. They just don't care of your workout is a good experience, if the place is clean or if you get hurt.

Update:The gym added a nice quality rowing machine (Concept, I think). They also fixed some of the equipment that was in need of repair. The staff are making an effort to keep the facility clean, but it would behoove the owners to hire cleaning professionals since asking the already busy staff to clean the entire gym and bathrooms is not the best idea.Note their bathrooms are not gender-specific, so if that is important to you you might take that into consideration.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I work out at this gym almost daily. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:- Good selection of both free weights and selectorized machines- Good number of treadmills and ellipticals- Purified water at the fountains with a dispenser to fill bottles- Friendly staff, nice manager- Not excessively crowded, even at peak times- Music not too loud so you can bring your own headphones if you want- Always room to parkCons:- Bathrooms are not cleaned AT ALL (sorry about the TMI, but I noticed the same spots of poop stuck to the inside of the toilet for at LEAST a month). This is a significant point of failure.- Machines maintained fairly well, but could be better (same cable machine has been broken waiting on a missing part since we started here)- No rowing machines- More expensive than many Anytime Fitness locationsOverall, it is a reasonable place to workout. Just wish it were a bit cleaner and maintained a bit better.
