I've been going to this gym for 3 years and I still find it challenging every day. Only thing I can knock on it is that the music is excessively loud. Staff and coaches are all friendly.

I would say the coaches and workouts are great. I think their cancellation policy of 8 hours or you pay $12 is a little tough. When you only do 5:00 am classes it is not possible to always cancel 8 hours in advance. When you have a baby, things like a lack of sleep can happen during the night and you do not get exceptions to their $12 policy. Additionally, when I signed up they said if you cancel in the first 30 days it is a "Quit free guarantee", but that doesn't happen either, I ended up paying for a total of two months and they would not honor what the website promotes. So all this said, it is a good workout and great coaches but be prepared to pay some extra fees if you miss a class and there is no free trial period or quit free guarantee.

The workout combines the best of HIIT, personal training and group fitness. The staff at Towne Center are knowledgeable, friendly and motivating. Great workout at a great location.

Honestly, I’m not one to make reviews BUT this is THE WORST ORANGE THEORY location EVER!!!! The sales people are just so concerned about themselves that they don’t care to explain the ins and outs of THEIR OWN contract....even when you ask questions. You are told you can cancel at anytime but no you can’t. They singled me out for taking a picture of a workout exhibit...which happened to be my dad in the picture and honestly I think they were being RACIST on the slick. They talk to customers recklessly and it was just an overall HORRIBLE experience. They also charged me for a whole month of membership that I DID NOT USE!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
