The best all around workout available!! I had NO RUNNING or rowing background, but some weight lifting history. This studio has supported, encouraged and CHALLENGED my desire to reach goals and continually raise the bar of what I thought I could achieve. I am stronger, both mentally and physically, very much to the credit of the coaches who encouraged me daily to be safe and healthy, while pushing me to do my best.

I was unsure of OTF at first, but once I completed my first class I was hooked! The staff always greets you with a smile (knowing they are going to see you leaving sweaty!). The trainers are amazing and know exactly how to push you out of your comfort zone enough to get you the best workout they can. They are also amazing at giving alternative exercises for anyone with ortho issues! I have nothing but great things to say about this location!

I did my first class two weeks ago and loved it. The high intensity workouts I find them to be similar to cross-fit but not all the heavy weight lifting (which for me led to shoulder surgery). I find the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Both trainers I've had to date were awesome! They pushed me to explore my limits, but made sure I was working safe. They have corrected my form when I was not doing an exercise correctly, and they have also came and checked on me when I was working in the red zone for extended periods of time. The large monitors showing the entire class's heart rate zone is a great training tool. By seeing my percentage of max heart rate on the screen, it lets me know when I"m not giving as much to my workout as I may be capable of (in which case I can adjust my speed/incline, add more weight, or simply row harder). I don't feel pressured to out perform anyone else, I"m simply trying to put forth the effort it takes to elevate my heart rate to that orange/red zone (can be different for each person depending on their fitness level). Great Workout! LOVE IT!!!!!!!

The atmosphere really gets me hyped! The music and coaches are high energy to keep me motivated. Each workout is different and keeps me on my toes. Classes are fast-paced, which requires active listening. I'm not only getting in a great body pump, but my mind is getting a workout as well. The coaches do a wonderful job at helping with modifications as needed - especially Courtney! I could not have continued working out with my shoulder injury without her constant support! A special thank you to the staff for always answering my questions and greeting me with a friendly smile. I highly recommend Orange Theory!

I loved the different stations, constantly moving and changing up the workout. I challenged my body and pushed it to pure exhaustion.

Visited from out of town. Girls up front were super friendly and helpful, and the coach was really fired up and motivated. Thank you!

Last Tuesday, I came in for a free trial (with Courtney, my first time with OTF) and immediately fell in love. About a year ago, I went from a job in Houston, working out consistently and meal prepping and hitting the gym to traveling every single week for work. I haven't been able to find something on the road that is motivating to get up and moving until this. I love that you are able to go to any location and choose how many classes you can do in case some area doesn't have these. Typical gym memberships ask for a year to two contract and initaition fees and aren't available a lot of places i travel. I also worked out with Megan. Both classes were great and i continue to see improvement in my endurance and conditioning. The music is always great and you have a new workout that incorporates cardio and weights every class. The staff at this location is incredible and not your typical pushy salesmen in the fitness industry. They really work with you to figure out what plan is right for you. I'm a competitive person, so getting to track your results from day to day is my favorite way to continue you push myself. The accountability is great also! Because I live in hotels from 4-13 days at a time, it's easy to be reclusive and stay in. At Orangetheory, you book classes like appointments through a user friendly app and follow through with the execution of attending. I will continue to stick to orangetheory. Thank you so much Baton Rouge for an amazing experience! You have made working out while traveling a phenomenal and fun experience!
